Novotel Tour Eiffel. A 1,3 KM de la torre. En cuanto sales del Hotel la ves. Enfrente de la Estatua de la Libertad. El Metro mas cercano a 800 metros. Es comodo y moderno, pero tuvimos que cambiar de habitación porque estaba sucia. Tuvimos que pedir dos veces una manta para que nos la trajesen. Un hotel de 4 estrellas debería estar en perfectas condiciones. Había filtraciones dentro de la habitación y paredes dañadas. Las alfombras estaban sucias y las cortinas con huecos. Las camas son incomodas, ofrecen nevera ejecutiva en la habitación y no hay. Los baños no están bien dotados. Excelente hotel, buen servicio y muy buena ubicación

excellent for family holidays

The hotel is a conveniently located only a few blocks away from the Eifeel tower. Our three children were received with candy and toys (not sure if it was because it was Christmas or Novotel give toys away all year round). They had xbox station in the lobby. We had the junior suite but it was small for our family of five. As in other hotels we stayed […] during this trip to Europe, there was wifi only in the lobby and only plug in internet in the rooms. Well placed for access to the city on foot or by Metro. Rather business orientated but OK. Lots of empty space on the ground floors. Slightly odd layout but perhaps this is determined by space available to build. Room needs some slight maintenance which would have improved overall impression, missing tiles etc. but it was very clean and tidy. Definitely […] needs a chest of drawers for longer staying visitors. Provision of coffee, tea and milk was welcome although a little parsimonious. One cup per person per day. Restaurant for dinner was good although expensive - but then it is Paris. Breakfast - Scrambled eggs were awful, not real eggs. Bacon was steamed rather than fried but plentiful. I think they could do better for the price. Lovely freshly prepared fruit and lots of breads. There's a lot of building work around the hotel at the moment although that can't be helped by the management. Improvements to the frontage along the Seine by the city authorities. The hotel remains well placed for access to the city. We booked the hotel because it boasts a swimming pool but it was closed for annual maintenance the week we were there. This is an absolutely beautiful hotel close to the Eiffel Tower. It is also close to a lot of the wonderful cafe's. The stay was very enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable, as to we could never find hotels that had a nice size bed. Very Modern.Had a awesome view of the Seine River. Staff was polite and gave us a late checkout . Perfect Location and Hotel. Very nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was lovely. Very friendly staff at the reception and in the restaurant. I would definitely go and stay there again.

The hotel has a great location that is within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and the Paris Riverboat rides. We were very pleased with this hotel!

Modern nice looking Hotel with large lobby in Paris. A 5-10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Not much in immediate surroundings. Has a small store inside. Wifi only in lobby, and gym cost way too much (should be included). Nice breakfast included in some packages. Nice staff.

The location was good - close to the Eiffel Tower but not so close. The bar was very nice - and the service was very good. There were some issues with the TV, it seemed to turn off itselt. It was nice having a hot water heater, with tea & coffee in the room

We really enjoyed our stay with the Novotel, the staff couldnot have been more accomodating. We were highly impressed with the familt petit dejeuner and the play area - more hotels should do this it's genius. You can have a relaxing breakfast whilst the children eat then play! Overall highly recommended and a great family stay

We stayed here for three nights in a family room. The hotel catered well for the family as there was a family breakfast room which not only had loads of choice but they also provided toys and books in the middle for the kids to use and an x-box with an interactive game. There was also an x-box in the reception area with two child friendly games and […] two computers available to all which allowed you 20 minutes free access to the internet. There was sometimes a queue but it didn't take long to be able to use them. The hotel also provided three running routes 6k, 8k &10k and hired out garmin watches so you could measure how well you were doing. Fantastic idea. There is a swimming pool which was fine, a little busy when we used it but ok. Don't forget to take your swimming caps! The room itself was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids aged 5 & 7 years. It was good having a seperate toilet but the bathroom was a let down. We didn't get very warm water in the shower and it leaked all over the floor which then ran into the bedroom carpet. This wasn't just us as the carpet was wet when we checked in. The bath was fine. Overall a good hotel in a great position allowing you to explore all Paris has to offer. Leer más

Hotel quality and location very good. Nice walk along the Seine to Eiffel Tower, and close to Metro and RER. Breakfast very good, but don't go to the overpriced, Japanese concept restaurant, extremely pricey, and not good service or quality. Go out and find a good set menu restaurant. This Hotel is cheap (but only because we had a last minute bargain ! Do not pay full price !) - so you can't expect much. WIFI only in Ground Floor Public areas, Poole nice but in different building up many stairs. Bar great and Bar Staff great - Reception Staff arrogant, unhelpful, snobs ! I hate it when the Staff consider themselves better than the […] Guest ! Overall use the Hotel as a Base, the Restaurant is good value and Waiters are great (they are working for tips!) Location OK but you find you are always going back to the Eiffel Tower which is a good 15 minute walk as all Buses, Boats etc start from here .. The room is "functional" but that's Novotel, if you want chintz and style go to the St George 5 and pay 1,000 per night ! I would not stay again as I think there is better, but that is a decision based upon location not the Hotel itself which was OK for the money, after all you are in Paris where a coffee costs Euro5.00 and a chocolate eclair €4.50. This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel, group of ladies taking part in 20km de paris run. Location to Eiffel tower superb....walking distance. Trocadero just over bridge, and rue St. Dominic a stroll through the Eiffle towe park, lovely for shopping or lunch. We booked 3 superior rooms incl. breakfast, I was lucky to get room 729 overlooking Seine, […] lovely big twin room, however room 726, and other friends rooms were small. Breakfast is great. Got a good deal but rack rates on display are expensive if you just walk in off the street (but who does). Staff friendly and polite this time round. The perfect location for Eiffel Tower, and taxis to all other interesting places. Metro stop just around the corner or towards the Eiffel Tower. I really like this hotel and it's magnificent. A few points that I really like is that the room is very big,and a comfortable sofa bed.

Hotel was in very good location, close to Eiffel Tower and metro. Service was good and room was adequate. Would stay there again.

Fab location as only 10min walk from the Eiffel Tower and River Cruises so did all of the sights we wanted without having to use taxi or metro! The area around the hotel I would not like to walk round at night but with two young children this was not a problem for us. Very glad to have booked with breakfast included, but what a fab spread, continental, […] eggs, bacon, fruits, ceral, waffles... it catered for every nationality poss along with cartoons for the kids and a magician( though think childrens entertainment was just for summer) one morn could not fault it at all. Everything worked as advertised, no hidden surprises, Novotel is a chain I try to stay at because of it's consistent quality in most countries. Free Wi-Fi in the lobby, free workstations as well, but availablity is spotty due to abuse of child users.Would be nice if they had special units for children only. Overall a good experience.

It's close to Eiffel tower - metro station is about 500 m - Clean rooms - Excellent facilities. The staff was friendly and helped as a lot. Family breakfast was great.

The proximity to the Eiffle Tour and the subway were great but the hotel is in major need of renovations. The carpets were dingy, bathroom fixtures old and moldy. The lobby is gorgeous but very misleading. Not bad for an over night stay but not for an entire vacation trip.

this Hotel an excellent location if you are a walker , or especially a runner , as it is on the Seine , a 10 minute walk from the eiffel tower , a half hour walk to the arc de triomphe , an hour to the louvre . Paris metro is nearby , very easy to use , and a ticket seems to last all day ! On the negative side , the bed was too comfortable , the view […] out the window was too soothing , the grocery store too close , and the little italian restaurant across the park commanded all our dinner business . This hotel went out of it's way to be family friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

Room size ok, a bit small bathroom, but not big issue. The only complaint I had was the room smelled a bit, but overall was well maintained. Location was good, not too busy, still easy to get access to main attractions. Good restaurants nearby and a very high qulity Japanese restaurant in the hotel. Expensive parking rate though. Found this hotel to be in a very good area, close to many great attractions. Very comfortable and great services. Service was very good, staff very helpful and pleasant. I stayed with my 2 sons and we really enjoyed the special breakfast for families with young children. I would stay again, and reccomend this hotel to friends and family.

I have enjoyed the say at the hotel, the staff is helpful and the room was very nice. It was situated on the 30 floor and had a fantastic view on Paris! There were only few things that were a bit annoying. First, if you are traveling with a baby and using a pram like we did, (or if you are a disabled person in a chair) there is no lift from the entrance […] to take you to the reception. There are escalators instead. The other way is through a garage/car entry, and you have to ask someone to call the lift for you as the option is unavailable without a special key. Same goes for going down - find someone to call the lift for you. Other thing was the water in the shower. It was impossible to set and maintain one temperature so the shower was unpleasant with hot and cold water coming in waves. It could be that we were too high and the water pressure on 30 floor is not good. I cannot say how was it on the lower floors. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant and hotel is really nice. Comparing to everything these little irritating things are not so bad comparing with all the rest and I would go again :) Leer más

This was a beautiful hotel. We had a hard drive to parisand the mood was deffinayley lifted upon entering this hotel. The lobby is wonderful and the view from the room was breathtaking! Breakfast is tip notch and the staff very friendy but alittle slow with English. But hey your in Paris! Definate must stay. Nice clean, comfortable rooms. We asked for adjoining rooms, but they gave us two rooms next to each other that we had to walk down hall, to elevators and down next hall to get to other room. Within walking distance to Eiffel tower. Front desk staff was helpful. Gave us suggestions of 2 nice French bakeries within a few blocks to walk to in the morning […] for breakfast. Room was not ready when we checked in for 2 hours. Pool was closed for the week, which was primary reason I chose this hotel for my kids' enjoyment after all the walking we would be doing in Paris. Disappointed with pool closure. But overall, happy with hotel and would stay again. I do not recommend hotel restaurant. Leer más
