Es un Hampton, recomendable. Todo muy correcto. Salvo una cosa, es casi imposible localizarlo por el GPS. Tened mucho cuidado, porque el GPS te lleva a un sitio lejos del hotel. Al final, después de intentarlo varias veces, logramos encontrarlo. Por favor, cambiar la dirección y poner la correcta.

Es un hotel razonable con buena relación calidad precio. No fui ni al Gym, ni a la pisicina que supuestamente tienen. Los empleados son agradables y el hotel correcto. Tienen Wifi gratuito en todas las plantas. Me gustó y lo recomiendo. El único problema es que está algo apartado del centro de bostón, pero al ser boston una ciudad pequeña ibamos cada dia andando al centro sin problema.

A lovely experience. Booked last-minute on Hotels.com and was very pleasantly surprised. It felt newly renovated & was very clean. My trip o Boston was for a quick overnight -- I didn't eat in or check out the gym facility, so can't comment. "Great location"
We had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt Regency Boston. We were treated very courteously and we were thrilled with the location. We walked out of our room and into the heart of downtown Boston. I would definately recommend this hotel.

"The Hyatt Regency was close to the theatres."
The hotel room was very clean, there was a great view of Boston, and the room was quiet. I would recommend the hotel to anyone traveling to Boston or to anyone seeing a show in town.
"Very Good"
Great staff, great food and great location.
I very much enjoyed my stay. Even though the hotel was hosting a New Year's Eve party for 20 year-olds, order and quiet were maintained at all times. Also a very comfortable bed made getting up in the morning to sight see very difficult!

This hotel did not live up to my expectations at all.Rooms are very noisy - doors banging all night and no vending machines. Charges for Internet was very surprised. I didn't like the lobby on the 3rd floor. No rules for using swimming pool by children. This hotel have a great location and I could walk everywhere at day and at night. Starting on the positive note, this property is indeed ideally located for both business and pleasure. Once here, you are in the heart of downtown Boston, as well as a short walk from the subway (known locally as the "T") and South Station, which services trains and buses. As mentioned, there are some great dining options within walking distance however, we have an excellent restaurant and lounge on property. Our restaurant Avenue One is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the lounge is open after hours with a late-night menu. On top of that, we offer 24-hour in-room dining to all of our guests. Our main lobby is indeed located on the third floor. This is actually to the guest’s benefit, as we host many conferences and business meetings at the hotel. The dual elevators help to keep our lobby traffic limited to hotel guests only and even further, only the third floor elevators that can access the guest rooms and health club. Our health club is complementary to all of our guests and includes a 24-hour fitness center as well as a pool, sauna and steam room. Like most hotel pools, we do not have a Lifeguard on duty so we depend on our guest’s courtesy in following the posted rules. All children under the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by an adult. Our 24-hour security staff also makes frequent wellness checks in the health club.

"Great Escape"
We are locals but the ocassional escape into the city for a nice dinner and a comedy show is always welcomed. The hotel is impeccably clean and comfortable. What more could you ask for?

No free internet, and no refrigerator to use, i was move the cans in refrigerator, change me a lot!
"Hyatt in the Theatre District"
My family and I were very impressed with the quick check-in, knowledge and helpfulness of staff and the comforts of our suite. We only stayed for 2 nights but would have gladly stayed more as there was so much going on in the immediate area. Our children's favorite spot was the pool area. It was clean and just the right depth.

The room was very comfortable and appeared clean - though I did find a toenail in the carpet when I move the footstool. The restaurant closed a little early for us - but that was because we were working an event and didn't get back until late. We did use room service and were happy with the quality and the speed of service. The valet car services was […] the best as we had to go out and in several times a day. I ended up having to work while i was in Boston, and the Internet service was so bad that i had to tether my phone to work. Other than poor Internet service, it is a very nice hotel.

Stayed at the Hyatt to visit my son at college and found the hotel conveniently located to the dorm. Hotel is a little above average and perfectly comfortable and suitable for a weekend stay. It is a little challenging to enter the hotel as you have to get your luggage down stairs (did not find any hotel help around) and then take an elevator to the […] 3rd floor which is the reception area.
