En realidad es un hotel que tiene una ubicacion excelente, las habitaciones estan remodeladas, no tienen lujos, pero son confortables y cumple con su categoria de estrellas que le adjudicaron. Es sumamente economico y cubre todas las expectativas sobre todo para familias numerosas, que le permite hacer una estancia de vacaciones agradable, segura y […] confortable, pero sobre todo economica. No es un hotel con grandes atractivos, tu no sientes el gran confort, pero para pasar unos días de compras o alguna actividad de pocos días, es bien. Puedes sentir al principio un poquito de humedad en las habitaciones, pero eso es algo pasajero

Si bien la ubicación es buena (a metros de Internacional Drive - pintoresca avenida con comercios y tiendas de variada índole- y relativa cercanía a los parques de Universal y Disney, la atención es pésima y el hotel es acorde a la atención. Mi experiencia fue nefasta. Estuve 2 horas esperando infructuosamente que el personal de mantenimiento reparara […] la cerradura de la habitación ya que ni bien me registré no pude ingresar a la habitación por que no funcionaba el mecanismo correspondiente, y pese a mi pedido al personal de recepción (un fulano maleducado que al parecer sentía vergüenza por hablar el español ya que mencionaba desconocer el idioma cuando -amén de su nombre que ex profeso omito- lo escuché hacerlo claramente con el personal de limpieza) para que me cambiara de cuarto sólo atinó a hacerlo cuando le comunicaron que no podían arreglar la puerta y una vez que le dije que me iba del hotel, no sin recordarme que debía pagar una multa por el valor de un día de alojamiento. Afortunadamente, gracias a la intervención de una empleada de Hotels.com de nombre Marcela, a quien contacté telefónicamente en el centro de clientes desde un teléfono público existente en un hotel vecino (Radisson) ya que el Metropolitan carece de tal simple artefacto, y a quien agradeceré infinitamente su atención y profesionalismo, pude abandonar el hotel y trasladarme con mi familia a otro (International Palms) verdaderamente recomendable, ubicado a unas pocas cuadras del otro y por una pequeña diferencia de precio. A pesar de estar bien ubicado, ni siquiera nos quisimos quedar una noche, estaban todas las areas comunes sucias, las camas viejas todo muy mal cuidado y sucio. Ascensor en mal estado. Cuando quisimos irnos, el dependiente nos tuvo esperando y ni siquiera nos atendio. Pesimo, realmente muy malo.

Was not our first time in this hotel, we always like to stay there because for us is very convenience the location. But at this time we had no hot water from 5pm thru 1am. But we always recommend this hotel.

First off the front counter person named Bill was very rude and unhelpful. We booked two queen beds but ended up with 2 full size beds. The toliet did not work properly, the ac/heater did not work properly, no cable, there were burns on the floor from the iron and we did not get a good nights sleep due to the horrific noise that broke the nights silence […] every 20 minutes. When I confronted the clerk upon checkout (again Bill)to all the issues, i was told that our room was next to the hotel laundry room and he will send someone to fix the toliet. At first they delayed us from checking in by one hour past check in time. Some of the staff was very rude. The room was very nasty. Found a condom and dirty rag left in room. Great hotel to stay. Great location near better attraction in Orlando. Outside the hotel looks normal or not very good, but rooms are clean and comfortable and safe.

I was in town for the PGA show last week...I woke up Wednesday morning to attend the demo days to find out the hot water was not working.....went down to the front desk and they said the boiler went in the middle of the night.....soooo had to take a cold shower...when I asked the front desk, all they said was "we are sorry"...Sorry??? maybe not having […] towels or something else BUT no hot water???? should of at least gotten something for the inconvenience...other then the hot water issue, good hotel and very convenient to everything on International Drive Leer más

The owner this hotel don't want spent money to do repair or maintenant. No hot water in the morning, ice machine broke, termite in the door frame.

2 out of 3 days I had to take a cold shower. I WAS NOT HAPPY!!!'

Older hotel but nicely renovated, good beds & linens, large rooms, but could not get phone/wifi service on bottom floor probably because of thick rooms. Excellent location & for the $ it was a very good pick.

The heated pool was not the indoor pool was closed.My wife did not feel safe because they are working on many rooms on the 5th floor and ther were no door locks on them.The front desk were very good at there job.

It was my bday and my fiancee and I decided to stay in town instead of driving back home an hour and a half away.... Using the hotels.com app, we found this location for a great price and really enjoyed out stay! we were pleasantly surprised by the size and look of the room. Very nice!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Actually this is my second stay. The price was affordable. The accommodation and ambiance was nice. The location is good. It is near the area attractions and lots of my favorite restaurants. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the limited television channels. This place is average at best. It seems like the hotel relies too much on it's location and the fact that tourists are gonna pay to stay no matter what. The place is dirty!! The door keys or the door locks themselves were difficult and didn't work all the time. The rooms need renovationg, and if your lucky. the ice machines work. A small refrigerator […] in the room would not hurt. Overall I was dissapointed. perhaps my expectation for a Orlando resoprt hotel is too much. The most positive thing about our stay was the location of the hotel-it is off of International Drive, close to I-4 and places to eat. Otherwise, I would not stay there again---the carpet was damp, the room as hot due to the A/C constantly going off, there was no internet access in the room unless you purchased access, the towels were paper thin and […] dingy. So we came down to Florida for the Capitol One Bowl game. We got in late and quickly found this place on hotels.com. It looked fine in the pictures, but was definitely not what we expected. The sheets were questionable, none of the outlets worked in the bathroom, hair all over the floor, refrigerator wasn't plugged in, and no one was at the front desk […] for 15 minutes! Too much noise, the towels were soooo small you could hardly dry on finger and they felt like sandpaper. Never go back. It fas too expensive for what it was. The loby is as small as the towels.

The room was not ready to be checked into until 5pm. So why are we paying for a full day? The staff there was aloof and unconcerned with how they and inconvenienced its customers. No WI-FI in the rooms! The room was filthy and horribly in need of updates. These are not suites, threy're larger rooms with outdated worn out furniture. This is not a resort, this should be your last resort.

This Hotel is socked... the location is good but totally it is bad...bad...bad ... Hotel i ever seen in my life. The manager in the front desk was not cooperated and seems he wanted to fight with me when I told him this hotel is old and dirty and totally bad. The front desk agent that checked us in was really rude. The room was ugly and uncomfortable. We found used toilet paper on the bathroom's floor, the toilet didn't flush, the bathtub was dirty, etc. REALLY DISGUSTING!

Booked a room at a "resort" near International Dr. As we approached the looby we discovered a prostitute in the lobby. Room at first glance seemed acceptable, but as you explore the room you will notice that it is barely acceptable. If cheap and location are important this is the place.
