Es un estupendo hotel, con una ubicación perfecta, pero con un servicio, (más bien autoservicio), que es de un dos estrellas.Racanean en el personal, en los geles y champús,y en todo lo que les cuesta un euro.He ido muchas veces, y tiene pinta de que se va a venir abajo

Very effiecient and good service. Hotel it self was not "superior", but service was on Shangri-La / Ritz Carlton level. It had a boutique hotel- feeling and has a great location in Paris. Our room was very well mainteined and nicely decorated (suite). Kids complained about the very bad VOD system, which kept crashing every 5 minutes.

The location is excellent, and the room is very nice except for the relatively high noise of the AC.

Was allowed to check in early without additional cost. Modern accommodations. Good resturants nearby. Recommend Del Arte an Italian resturant chain. Starbucks and McDonalds nearby.

Disappointing stay. We were initially assigned a room on the 5th floor and they were refurbishing all rooms on the 6th and 7th floors, which we hadn't been made aware of. The noise was very intrusive and we asked for another room. We were given a room on the 1st floor and although no noise from the refurbishment, we were every morning by the person […] in the room above walking around in flip flops!! It was as though they were in the same room. The next day after checking into our room, we went to put some of our things in the safe and found an expensive watch and necklace had been left there. We returned it to the hotel and asked them to get in touch with the previous occupants. Unfortunately we did not even receive a thanks. Personally I think you could certainly get a better hotel for the money we spent staying at this hotel. The area itself (Opera) was fantastic and wouldn't have wanted to stay in any other area. We were told to stay at Le Scribe and we really wish we had taken notice. It's unfortunate but this was the only downside to our weekend trip to Paris. Leer más

This is a beautiful hotel in a very good location. The hotel has been newly refurbished

Other than the flooded bathroom which was the result of the improper layout of the shower area and the surrounding tile area, the stay was fine.

I and our two teenage children shared a room at this hotel. The room was clean and cheerful with plenty of room and the extra bed for the third person being comfortable and not just an ordinary campbed. Breakfast was excellent and unrushed(pleasant when one is on holiday) apart from the staff taking care of seating arrangements who were stressed and […] who made no effort to conceal this from the hotel guests. Upon checking in to the hotel, first impressions of the lobby / bar area were great. First impression of our room (163) was also great, very good size condering the usual standard of European hotels. The main downfall of this place is the poor service. We paid for breakfast in our initial booking (equivalent of Euro 8 per person per day). Our friends […] also travelling with us made an error when they completed their booking, and did not include breakfast. Upon asking management to "pay the extra" for breakfast they were told to pay the standard fee or get out of the hotel and get your own. Now the appicable rate if you pay at the hotel is Euro 28 per person. Now i can assure you, it is not worth it. Arrived for breakfast at 8-15am, smoked salmon had run out and they claimed they had not more. At 9am other guests were told that breakfast had finished, even though it is stated to go to 10am. They were sent upstairs to have a rubbish contintental breakfast, and the thing that really annoyed me was the hotel had 1, yes 1 high chair for a baby, so we had to feed our 9 month old on our lap.... I would potentially stay here again, but watch out for the poor customer experience from management... They seem to be on a power trip... Leer más

Really nice staff; however, the bathroom and carpet in bedroom could be much cleaner.

Our room was very clean and large for European standards. Mini bar was well stocked. The shower door was only half the length of the tub so water leaked onto the floor, but plenty of towels were provided so we just left one folded over the side of the tub to prevent water on the floor. Hotel staff were all extremely helpful and fluent in English. […]  We checked out and left our car and luggage at the hotel for last minute shopping. Breakfast at 16 Haussmann was European fare (try the baguettes and cheeses!) and included in the price of our room. Leer más

Very satisifying. Bit of an issue with warm water one of the mornings but other than that highly recommended.

We got no sleep for two nights at this hotel. Since it was Winter, the room was overheated with no relief other than opening the window. Noisy traffic with sirens, cleaning trucks, honking horns, and trucks as well as partying by a few groups of rude Parisienes(sp) on the street made sleep impossible. A King bed is really just two singles pushed together […] with separate sheets. The shower is the typical silly half-glass, flood-the-bathroom type with a separate toilet in a non-vented closet. Prices for breakfast were exhorbitant even for Paris standards but a short walk in cold weather to a cafe was easy. Leer más

Hotel is vrij cantraal gelegen zonder vragen werd ons een upgrade angeboden met alles erop en eraan het hotel is zeker een aanrader

Accueil excellent Endroit convivial et reposant La chambre est très calme et très propre Grande diversité des cocktails Le restaurant "16 Haussmann" possède une carte excellente et le service impeccable Petit déjeuner au top niveau Situation géographique en plein centre de Paris et des grands magasins! Nous reviendrons et le recommanderons

il est possible de déplorer l'absence du moindre signe de bienvenue du type biscuit , chocolat , bonbons, fruit ou fleurs quand il a été précisé à la réservation qu'il s'agit d'une "nuit de noce" . C'est une attention qu'on trouve régulièrement dans des hôtels de moindre catégorie . Manque donc de convivialité, de chaleur mais chambre très correcte […] . Leer más

Hotelli on lähellä parhaimpia ostoskatuja ja tavarataloja, hyvät metroyhteydet joka puolelle kaupunkia. Palvelu erittäin hyvä ja aamiainen on hintansa arvoinen.

Det var en gennemført ringe oplevelse, da der var ombygning de fleste steder og hotellet generelt var nedslidt. Endvidere forsøgte de at flytte vores værelse kl. 24:20(!). De prøvede endvidere at få os til at betale for 3 nætter selv om vi kun boede der 2. Gennemført ringe

Stayed four nights at this hotel. Very satisfied with overall service. Friendly staff, good location, clean etc. Only negative comment is that the size of the elevator is small and very crowded in in the morning.

Et helt igennem velfungernde hotel med god servicce og komfort med receptionens hjælp til at finde cruise billetter og selektiv sightseeing - godt priofessionelt arbejde med et smil! Den eneste bemærkning er nok den, at et hotel på dette niveau bør have buksepresse på værelset og ikke strygejern/strygebræt.

Flott sentral beliggenhet, utrolig hyggelig og "service minded" betjening, lekker frokost buffet, god standard på rommene. Vil absolutt anbefale dette hotellet.

Ett hotel med allt som du förväntar dig från ett hotel på den här prisnivån. Dock var frukosten inte riktigt på samma nivå - dessutom var det för mycket folk i restaurangen på en gång. Hotellet ligger kjempefint til, og i gåavstand til hovedgata Champs Elysees. Veldig hyggelig betjening, en meget bra frokost og en kunnskapsrik concierge som hjalp oss. Rommet var flott!" Vi oppgraderte til De Luxe og fikk et romslik rom med badekar, stort bad, KING(!) size seng og utsikt mot veien. Det er trafikk, men vinduene er godt isolert så det […] var ingen støy. Anbefales. hotel très agréable et bien placé, visiblement récemment rénové, d'ailleurs encore quelques travaux en cours, notre fenetre donnait sur des echafaudages. la salle de bain sentait un peu le renfermé.

chambres bruyantes travaux vues sur cour lamentable petits déjeuners non servis 8€ les 25 cl d'Evian!! = Déception!

prima hotel. op de kamer was maar één luxe zitstoel voor deze prijs mogen er wel twee van deze stoelen staan. ontbijtbuffet soms rommelig tegelijkertijd waren er veel onderdelen niet meer voorradig. kamers gehorig- laatste avond maakte stel naast ons extreem veel lawaai. in de nacht naar receptie gestapt met één telefoontje was het opgelost maar […] kostte veel nachtrust en irritatie. Flot hotel, god placering og dejligt store rene og lækre værelser.

très bon hôtel, très bien situé. Nous avons eu même droit à quelques attentions pour notre petite fille de 2 ans (peluche + bonbons à notre arrivée).

Vi enjoyed our stay at this hotel, fine bed, freindly staff and good location.
