mala atencion un dia no hicieron el aseo de la habitacion,groseros una mujer nos corrio de mala manera porque el cuarto vencia a las 12 y ya eran las 12.15 le dijimos que ya nos hibamos estabamos cambiando una maleta a otra y se enojo dijo que hiba a cobrar un dia mas cuando se le dijo que un dia la habitacion estuvo sucia y se habia reportado cambio […] y se fue horrible hotel Leer más

Mi estancia no fue nada placentera, aun y que solo fui de compras, lo que esperas al regresar cada noche es una cama hecha y que el control del televisor funcione, el problema fue que ninguna de las dos, el control de la television del cuarto no funciono desde el momento en que entre al cuarto, lo reporte y dijeron que mandarian a alguien a configurarlo […] cosa que no sucedio en las 4 noches que estuve hospedada, por otro lado, la limpieza del cuarto no entra si hay bolsas con compras, segun esto para la "seguridad del huesped" o mas bien dicho, como no confian en su personal les prohiben pasar a tu cuarto, lo peor de todo es que cuando regresas no te pueden mandar a nadie a que haga lo que no hicieron durante el dia, asi que si hay basura, o toallas sucias asi se quedaran y si se te ofrece algo tienes que ir hasta el mostrador a obtenerlo por ti misma, creo que hay muchos hoteles de igual precio en los que te prestan mejor servicio, asi que para la proxima hare una mejor busqueda antes de contratar cualquier hotel. El hotel esta bien y cumple con las expectativas de acuerdo al precio. Esta limpio y el servicio es el adecuado. El cuarto que nos toco esta vez se apreciaba un poco mas viejo pero fuera de eso todo bien.

Por el precio es una muy buena opcion. El desayuno OK, los cuartos limpios. Nos quedamos una noche adicional y ese dia omitieron limpiar la habitacion, fuera de este detalle todo muy bien.

We needed to stay one night in New Braunfels and just needed a place to sleep for the night. The front desk was very friendly and the room was comfortable. We had a small refrigerator in our room and they served a free breakfast the next morning from 6am until 9am. It included cereal, juice, waffles, bagels, etc. Very pleased.

Asked for non-smoking room. First room we were given reeked with stale smoke. Carpet was badly stained and had holes in it. Second room we were given--door would not unlock. Desk person found out he wasn't supposed to give that room out because of the broken lock. Third room was ok, but there was bugs in the bathtub. Gross. The guy at the desk was […] apologetic and did the best he could. It was not his fault. I told the local people we were visiting how unhappy we were and that we would never recommend this hotel to anyone. But the location was good for what we needed. Leer más

I have stayed at other days inn in Texas and by far this is the best one I have stayed in, the room was very clean and great area! I highly recommend this hotel for the value and cleanliness.

We needed hotel rooms for a dozen people that were in town attending a wedding. Days Inn was roomy, convenient to our venue, and just what we needed for our event. All we needed was somewhere comfortable to sleep and a light breakfast and we got it all. Great location-clean room -accomodating staff. Pool was small but had a gym room and breakfast room. We were comfortable!

Breakfast was okay -- waffles, fruit, cereal, coffee, and lots of starch. Staff were very nice. Some little things were a little not perfect in the room, but it was all manageable: chipped tables, refrigerator wasn't very cold and didn't have a knob to adjust temperature. Directly next door to interstate and IHOP, Wal-Mart, Kohl's etc -- so any forgotten […] items were not a problem. Bed was rather firm, sheets and towels were rough/scratchy. Staff was courteous and room was very clean. Motel was close to restaurants and I35. Good place to stay for a few nights.

room okay but needed lots of repairs.like hole in door where deadbolt should go. that is not good. someone could break in your room very easy. lamp was very wobbly. still had fuzzy analog tv. mattress okay but could use better pillows. at least they left ac on and it was quiet. expected better kept room for the price.

We stayed at the Days Inn in New Braunfels while visiting Schlitterbaun Waterpark. The location was convenient to the park and also to many quality restaurants. The evening manager was very friendly and helpful in making our stay a good one. I highly commend him for his service. This hotel was very clean and comfortable. THe rooms were spacious and allowed us plenty of space for the whole family. The pool was well maintenanced and they had very courteous staff member s as well!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area and it is close to a variety of resteraunts and the highway.

RESERVED A NONSMOKING ROOM AND WHEN I ARRIVED WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD BE GIVEN A SMOKING ROOM. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Right off the highway was very convenient.

New Braunfels is great. Very rude male clerk. Hospitality is not what he should be doing but probably to lazy for anything else. Called him to our room when we checked in because the sink would not drain. He made half hearted effort and it still did not drain. A lady came the next day and fixed it though. This hotel was very clean and close to Schlitterbahn and Gruene. The only problem we did have was the fact that we drove from Dallas to New Braunsfels and wanted to check in early before heading to Schlitterbahn but we were told that was not possible, this was the only bad item about this hotel. Every days inn has been great. The king bed this time was just ok. I wish i would have gotten the standard queen. Breakfast is great. Cheese danish was tasty.

Hotel was close to lots of locations in area. Front desk was not real friendly, but room made up for that. Major problem if any was towel shortage everyday. Only two towels were left in room. Bed was quite soft and room was cool when we checked in. We plan on staying there again when we visit city again.

The hotel manager was a beech. The pool should be condemned. No exageration, you could not see past 2 feet. The pool was so cloudy that when my son went down, you could not see him at all. The room was clean enough but could have been better. There was a hair on my towel, and pubic hairs in various places in the bathroom. Basic room with good A/C. Needed some maintaince with a broken chair, loose security latch and a 1/2" gap under the door. Price was right and the breakfast was good.

Beds need better cleaning. Trash need to be pick up after cleaning in bedroom. Door left open after cleaning ???!!!!. Needs more counter registers and accuracy for costumer service. After all great location.

We found the room to be very clean and nice. Just what we needed for a quick trip.

The staff was very rude and unprofessional. we couldn't get any extra towels because they didn't have any, as i was told. Also, couldn't get an extra pillow or blanket for the roll away bed we ordered for our room that only came with a bottom sheet on it. The hotel also charged us after we stayed for damages that we did not make. They couldn't tell […] me what they were or show me proof of them. Stayed here enroute to another location. Hotel is on the I-35 frontage road which is convenient, but noisy at times. There are a few restaurants and shops in the local area for snacks and supplies. After reading the reviews in May, I was scared to see what we were walking into. But the staff were very friendly. The pool was fixed and great. The breakfast is about as good as a "contential" breakfast gets. Location was perfect for us. Would stay here again on our next trip to the river.

The hotel pool was green. Its summer!! They had no extra towels, pillows, blankets. Had left over food under dresser. They turned off ac after cleaning, so we came back to a hot room after our busy hot day! Tub was nasty and toilet seat broken. Floors were dirty. Linens smelled bad.

After reading all the reviews--even the bad ones--we chose this hotel and we were definitely happy with our decision. The only problem we had was the first door key didn't work, but that was fixed by moving us to another room in less than 5 minutes. The only reason we gave the condition of the place a 4 instead of 5 was the 1/2 inch gap at the bottom […] of the door to our room. Hotels was in need of repairs - falling shower curtain rod, torn shower curtain, air conditioner did not work but worst of all was the attitude of the front desk manager. He was rude when I asked about the pool - it was broken from the day we arrived to the day we left - 4 days. It was our family vacation and my two little ones wanted to go swimming […] in the pool - that did not happen. The pool was green and the manager said - sorry, it will be fixed tomorrow. He gave me that excuse every day for 3 days, then he finally admitted the pool was broken. He also said, "it's not like you are staying here for the pool". In fact, we had booked a hotel room with the intentions of swimming daily. Also, they did not have towels. The air conditioning took 12 hours to cool to about 75 degrees - the room was only cool during the hours of 12AM to 7AM. This was a horrible experience. Leer más

The Hotel staff was rude - the front desk manager, Justin, said they were out of towels to come back the next morning. The room had one large towel and there were 4 of us:( Also, the pool was not working, because as he put it "people jumped in after going to the river, and it caused algae to form".
