En general las instalaciones del hotel estan muy bien, los unicos detalles que tuvimos fueron que las tarjetas (llaves) para entrar al cuarto fallaban seguido y la alberca estuvo en mantenimiento por 2 dias. De ahi en fuera todo bien.

no erea lo que esperaba del hotel, esperaba que fura algo mejor, la persona de recepcion no sabia nada sobre el servicio de internet, no tenian recipientes paratomar hielo de la maquina, la persona de recepcion de la noche molesto me dijo que no hay nada para tomar hielo de la maquina. La tarjeta que te proporcionan para al acceso a la habitacion se bloqueba constantemente y teniamos que ir a recepcion a activarla Por las mañanas fui por el dichozo desayuno continental que supuestamente me ofrecienon y lo unico que me dieron fue un par de mini donas duras y cafe frio, era todo lo del desayuno que si queria algo mas fuera a un restautant. Algo de lo bueno es que hay demaciados lugares para comer y de compras cerca del hotel

aparte de que esta en buen a ubicacion e dormitorio es bonito y confortable bueno para dormir. y salir a la playa o a centro de atraccones de los arrededores.

Excelente hotel teniamos todo bien cerca a donde quiseramos ir de volada sin problemas y aparte el servicio esta excelente lo recomiendo ampliamente. saludos

fuimos atentidos bien las personas con las que tuvimos contacto nos atendieron bien el desayuno fue agradable estuvimos muy a gusto en las instalaciones
"Days Inn SPI TX suficiente para un fin de semana"
Tarifa accesible y acorde al servicio. Estancia comoda para una familia de 4 en una habitacion doble, con clima, microondas TV y frigobar. Alberca y jacussi para relajarte despues de la playa. Acceso a playa muy cerca del hotel, puedes ir caminando o en automovil.

Aunque les solicite una habitacion para NO fumadores, me dieron una de fumadores, el olor era muy penetrante, no creo que aromaticen dichas habitaciones en lo absoluto. Nadie en mi familia fuma, asi que ya sabran lo molesto que esto fue.

"Ugh...roaches"
My girlfriend and I stayed here several times before and never had any problems. This particular time, our room had like a butt tone of roaches that were running a muck in the restroom...We were pretty surprised because we never had any problem with this hotle. Oh well, they all can't be winners.

The room was actually descent for the price. The hotel location was fine and the staff was nice. I just had a few things that made my stay a little upsetting. First I had booked two nights separately because I had decided later to stay a little longer. When I had left and got back to my room the next morning I was locked out because I guess they had […] expected me to check out and check in again for the next night even though it had already been paid and reserved. Also after that mix up my room had not been cleaned so I called to have housekeeping come by and the response I got from the front desk was "oh so you did want housekeeping to come by" and then no one ever did. We were looking for a reasonable rate for a couple days of relaxing after Christmas. We were a little skeptical due to the rates at that time, but were pleasantly surprised. The motel is not new but the rooms and beds were comfortable. It was all we needed and expected for the price. The only draw back is limited breakfast area and not much for variety. "Won't stay here again."
I normally stay at another budget hotel when I come down, but thought for the price of this room, would give the Days Inn a try. When checking in, I asked for a room on the first floor. The lady said they didn't have any available (hard to believe since it was a Wed. in Jan.), so took the room she gave me on the second floor. The room wasn't that bad, […] but there was no shampoo, only a half roll of toilet paper, and one towel. I don't go to the beach to stay in my room, so left and didn't come back until the evening to go to sleep. I had a bit of trouble falling asleep because I'm not used to such a soft bed (prefer a medium to firm mattress), but finally did. At 2:30 am, the neighbors woke me up with a slamming door, followed by moans and groans. Happy for them; not so much for me. I finally just got up, packed, and left to go home at 3:30 am. I won't make this mistake again and will stay at my preferred budget hotel (Travelodge) from now on. Leer más

The hotel staff was very easy to work with. They were able to answer my questions and provide very well for my needs. I will most certainly use this location again.

The staff at this property is very friendly. We had a small stove, microwave, and refrigerator in our room. The rooms are spacious and in walking distance to restaurants. It is convienient for us as it is in walking distance to visit friends that live on the island. Have stayed here twice and enjoyed it.

Great price for very clean and comfortable room. Even had a small kitchenette which was nice. The room was cool despite the high outside temperature. We were very pleased. Only downfall was the very small pool. We will be staying there again.

The outward appearance of the hotel is not appealing, the parking is terrible. The staff was not friendly and although the room was decently clean, it smelled old and the beds were very uncomfortable. Also, the price they advertised for that night was considerably lower than the price you gave me.

We made reservations for multiple rooms with the only request that our family would be in close proximity. Our rooms were at opposite ends. We were told the hotel was completely booked and that we could not be accomodated. The desk clerk was very short and abrupt with his choice of words. Upon arrival to our room, we found it to have a gross musty odor. […] The curtains were falling down and the didn't close either. No batteries in the TV remote. Poor water pressure. We had a double room but were allotted only 2 towels. I was afraid to ask the mean desk clerk for any more. Our travel companions room wasn't in any better condition. In Texas heat AC is important. Theirs couldn't even cool the room. The continental breafast was typical except they are stingy with the quanity made available. On our check out day I asked the female desk clerk for coffee creamer. She told me :we're out." When I through my coffee out she magically came up with 3 creamers and then I returned to the lobby a short time later to check out and the magic creamer fairy must have come by. The hotel is in a wonderful location, and very clean. However, I had reserved a room with two beds, and the staff told me they did not have it ready so they would give me a king size bed. He said that a king size bed was enough for me and my two children. Finally, he agreed to change it to a two bed room. I enjoyed my stay everything was clean, comfortable and spacious. The bed and pillows was perfect to my rest but the pool's water was cold and the jacuzzi was out of service. Rented two rooms for a last minute overnight stay. Found very low rate and room was as expected: clean enough, comfortable enough, everything worked. Take a copy of your confirmation, as they had minor trouble locating both rooms since two different names had to be used. For the price, would stay there again.

Hotel bed mattress was very uncomfortable, no ice in ice machine and hot pool not working.

The room we got had a smell to it and the A/C was not cooling properly. After the first nigh stay, we ask for a new room with working A/C and it was alot better. Hotel is on the bay side but close to beach access 2.

There was hair on the blankets, sand on the floor, the dresser was broken, and no tv remote. The location was fine, but the island is only a few miles long/wide so any place would have been convenient. I will not stay there again.

After checking in I walked up the stairs, to the second floor, with my hands full of luggage. I swiped my key, and I was furious and embarassed, due to the fact that I walked into an already occupied room. I had to go all the way across the hotel and down the stairs with all my things to tell them what had happened. Their idea of being organized was […] writing down the numbers of the room and putting an x over which one was occupied. I guess they forgot to scratch out the one they gave me even though I reserved it. To top it all off, I had to ask for an apology. How humiliating! They didnt apologize once. Until I asked them to. If it wasnt for the fact that I was there for new years eve, and didnt think id have any luck finding another room at the hour I arrived. I would have left!! The decor is disgusting. And as the cherry on top I woke up listening to the beautiful sound of power tools, because they of course gave me a room right next to an area of repair. Worst place ever. Leer más
