Les comparto esto porque considero que al hacer esta encuesta les interesa la opinion de sus clientes, y porque creo que se estan preocupando para mejorar su hotel y existen cambios que solo implican un poco de atención sin ningún gasto o minimo. La atención de la recepcionista fue deficiente, no recuerdo el nombre pero era una mujer cerca de los 40, no muy alta y un poco llenita que me atenndio el jueves al llegar como a la 1:00 am, le pregunte si hablaba español a lo cual se molesto y de ahi en adelante me atendio muy parcamente y sin ningún interes. La otra es las habitaciones estan muy bien en cuanto a baño y limpieza, pero les falta cambiar alfombra (gastada aunque limpia) y el sillon de la entrada se ve de tapiceria vieja y contrasta con lo demas que se ve que le estan hechando las ganas. Ah y el control de la tele se vei que tenia pilas nuevas pero no estaba programado para la tele por lo que no servia, y con la atencion que nos dio la señorita ni pensar en preguntar algo. El Lobby se ve muy bonito y amplio aparte de limpio. El desayuno talvez con un poco de fruta mejoraria bastante.

Un pequeño hotel enfrente de Japantown, con un diseño unico y original, todo funcionando y una atencion EXCELENTE. Sinceramente si encuentran una oportunidad con este hotel, RESERVARLO YA!!!

Es un hotel totalmente ubicado para los turistas ya que esta cercano a todas las atracciones de San Francisco o en su caso cerca de los medios de transporte para acudir a ello, las habitaciones son sumamente agradables y silenciosas, lo recomiendo totalmente.

"Hotel Westin: Trato denigrante"
Teníamos reservadas 3 noches de hotel pero al llegar para dormir la 3ª noche la llave no funcionaba y al consultarle a la recepcionista nos dijo que sólo se habían reservado 2 noches y que no podíamos entrar en la habitación donde teníamos nuestras pertenencias! Tuvimos que demostrarle (después de acceder a la habitación escoltados por personal de seguirdad) […] que la reserva era por 3 noches. No recibimos por su parte ni una disculpa. Mi trabajo implica pernoctar unos 100 días al año en hoteles y aseguro que es el trato mas vejatorio que he recibido nunca. Comentar también que la recepcionista Sara hizo un comentario despectivo del modo en que habíamos reservado la habitación. "Para repetir"
Nos alojamos mi marido y yo 4 dias. Esta centrico, tiene una parada de tranvia a escasos metros de la puerta, union square a 4 minutos y numerosos restaurantes y cafeterias en los alrededores asi como un centro comercial. Sin lugar a duda una muy buena eleccion en nuestra visita a San Francisco.

The large window was facing to the south, ensured a sunny room with beautiful view to the SFMOMA, its park in the front and the southern part of San Francisco. Be careful of the double charging of your credit card for a deposit on check in. Also didn't get the bed size requested& room smelled stale, kind of smoky. View was great& hotel was nice.

The room was nice and met most of my needs. Enough towels, blankets, etc. For a lower floor room, the view was alright and the noise wasn't too bad. The in-room internet was unreliable/slow. The hotel staff were generally very nice and helpful. The location was great. Generally I like Westin hotels for the heavenly bed and shower. The main challenge with this hotel was the cleanliness. The hotel was in a good location near good shopping and local transportation. The complimentary hot cocoa and water in the lobby was a nice touch. The bar was a bit pricey. Overall a good experience.

Booked room on high floor. We were put on high floor overlooking city. Really good views. Best part of room was super comfortable beds. Great job Westin hotels. Their beds can not be beat. For a night or 2 in sf, this is a great pick. It's close to all of the action and is very reasonably priced. Also, the rooms are pretty nice and spacious. Only complaint is the cost of parking, but I suppose I can't blame that on the hotel. Rate was great. Location is great. Doorman particularly helpful with parking options at hotel and public. Explained the pro/cons well. Great experience.
"Tiny charges"
Fine hotel through and through. I'm still somehow scandalized by a $4.50 charge for a small bottle of water or $14.95 for 24 hours of wireless. There are always easy workarounds, of course (delis, Starbucks in close proximity) but for a hotel that wants to create an easy and comfortable environment for business travel, Westin ought to avoid nickel-and-diming […] guests for run-of-the-mill services. "good Location"
We were on a cross country trip with a kayak on our rood. We pulled up and were very abruptly told parking would be $71 because of the kayak, rude and shocking to me. I went in and when they found out I was a gold starwood member they agreed to waive the $15 oversize fee. HOWEVER they put us in a room adjacent to the elevator banks......the vibration […] and noise were constant all through the night! I was awakened at 11:30 pm by an assistant front office manager (Mr. L.) and ordered to to front desk to "register" I had registered. The good front office manager (Mr. L) did what he could to placate me, but it was still humiliating.

we were very satisfied on arrival we were upgraded from fifth floor to the 35th floor at no extra cost . the doorman was so helpful with bookings to very good eating places and sightseeing places that we would love and also made a booking for a limo to get back to the airport we would highly recommend the hotel to everyone

"Not happy"
There was lipstick on our windows, we ordered room service which was horrible food and way over priced, and on top of it all they overcharged me and now I have to waste my time calling them trying to recover my money. I would avoid this hotel at all costs it was not nice or well kept and overpriced.
