The breakfast was the same everyday. scramble eggs were cold & suasages under cooked. If you ask they did not care. Windows were shut, could not open to get fresh air. We had to ask for soap & towles constantly every day. Over all not good for the price they charge.

We arrived tired from a long day of driving and were first sent to a room that was already occupied. What a shock that was to all. Then they have us a room that backed up to a bar that played mariachi music until 2am. The air conditioner sounded like an airplane approaching for a crash landing. We will never stay their again or book through hotels.com […] if that is the quality of hotels they represent. YIKES! "Would use this Hotel again"
We were very pleased with the room and the service. The breakfast was excellent and very well restocked.

apparently most of the employees had their family/children at work with them...too many children running up & down the hallways & playing in elevator...also, internet did not work..when this was mentioned, apparwntly nothing was done...location was ideal for my 3 days of business...will book another venue next time.

We only stayed one night & chose this hotel for the rate, reviews & it's proximity to the highway as well as to the Plaza. The wallpaper was peeling in several places & the toilet was not secure so it rocked severely! "Convenient and simple"
Ok will hotel and room but had issue with hotel front desk giving out my room number to another without permission!!!!!!
"You get what you pay for"
We ended up in the same room that we had one year ago in this hotel. Same iron burn in the carpet in the same place. Clean and comfortable, but you get what you pay for.

Rates were ok, but was charged ten dollars more for Saturday, when room was avaliable for the same rate each night.

Kids enjoyed pool and buffet for breakfast Staff friendly. Easy to get to ski in sante fe. Restraunts and retail close by.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, except for the pool deck! We were warmly greeted, slept well, but were amazed that the pool deck was not mopped. Mud and looked like blood was not cleaned up so we quickly tip-toed around the outer edges. We chose this hotel specifically for the indoor pool.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable - very soft sheets and great pillows.

I booked on line for two rooms, when I arrived I added a room and they gave me a great rate! I was especially satsified with the fact that they have an area at the rear of the hotel for dogs. They never batted an eye when I said I have 2 labs! The extra fee for the dogs was minimal. I plan to stay there again when I return. Thanks!
