Ideally located near the Opera, the hotel staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. The room was very nice and much better than I expected. Fully equipped with Mini bar, nice bathroom with hairdryer, comfortable bed, ample space to move around in, good lighting, desk, closet.. and a bathrobe.. my favorite. Continental breakfast was fine and service there too was very nice. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and pleasure travelers. I will stay here again!

Would definitely stay there again. The rooms are small but so are most in Europe. Everything else was perfect.

We just returned from Paris where we stayed the Best Western Premier l'Horset Opera. The hotel is situated between the Place de la Concorde and the Louvre. We were able to walk to the Champs Elysees, the Louvre, Notre Dame, and Ile St. Louis. The rooms are sufficient and the staff is friendly, accommmodating and English speaking.

Very comfortable - soft-ish mattress on bed. Excellent cleanliness. And particularly appreciated that the girl at Reception asked us whether we would rather communicate in French or English, and patiently accpeted our option to use French, continuing her explanations very clearly and distinctly, but without any hint of patronising us. Excellent choice at Buffet breakfast.

It was fine. The room was small. It didn't feel like what I expected from a hotel of that category. I paid more than the room deserved I think. At night I had to find the person at the reception to re-activate my key card, which they had accidentally de-activated. That was a little annoying but OK, not too bad.

The rooms and bathrooms were small, but we expected that. The staff was very helpful and accomodating- which included changing money, recommending restaurants, tours and arranging wake up calls. The hotel is located 2 blocks from the Opera metro station, and was easy to find coming directly from the airport via the RER and metro. Easy walk to the Louvre. There are many restaurants on Blvd. de Italiens nearby. There is a store on the next street over for people who want to bring home Bordeaux wines. Breakfast (cold food and pastries) was included daily. The only knock on the hotel was that our room faced a side street where we occasional heard noise at night from a bar up the street. All together, a pleasant stay.

Very central location and all what you can expect from a hotel in the centre of Paris. Room is not big but okay, had even a little balcony. The hotel is nothing special but good value for money with staff which are there when you need them. Not the most polite but hey, you are in Paris !! Is part of the charme.

the only problem we had - I have allergies and they laundered pillow cases and dried them in some smelly thing and it was bad for me to sleep on these pillows and sheets.

Great for the money. All Paris hotel rooms are small, no exception here, but other than that, it was fabulous. Wonderful staff. Quiet for the most part, which is not always the case in Paris. Deserves it's 4 stars.

The location of this hotel was spot on for sight seeing, with numerous bars and restaurants easily within walking distance. The hotel was, as expected, clean and smart.

Great Hotel for the price. Convenient location, very quiet. Taxi driver had some trouble finding it as the street is very small and doesn't appear in Guide Book/maps but would definitely stay there again. 10 minute walk to Louvre/Seine, 2 mins to Opera House. Lots of small bistros close by.

From the moment we got to the hotel, the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was clean with good en-suite. Restaurant was small but well appointed and breakfast was very good.

I confess it was a little tricky to find the hotel when I left the Opera metro station. People were confused about the address and there is another street D'Antin nearby. I found another BW but was the wrong one and they pointed me finally to the right direction. Very well located with metro station nearby and the possibility to walk to some attractions (ex: louvre, opera, Vendome, etc). The red bus is a good deal and stops at opera. The room was very little (ex: was not possible to open your arms once inside the bathroom) but other than that, very clean, nice service, well located.

Le Horset Opera Hotel is located in the heart of Paris, with a very oustanding hotel staff, very helpfull and allways willing to help you out. Breakfast is included and to be a buffet breaksfat it is very good indeed.The only thing that disappointed me was the size of the room, I expected a bigger one, seems that it is very, very hard to find a big room in Europe. However, I recommed this Hotel for the price, the service, location, cleanliness and overall for the nice staff they got there

We stayed in this hotel for one night in November and were impressed with the cleanliness and the helpful, friendly staff. The room was not huge, but lavishly decorated and the bed was massive and comfortable. Nice clean bathroom, plenty of towels and toiletries. In the morning we ordered breakfast to our room at no extra charge - a real luxury. Very central in Paris - all the main sights are within walking distance. We would recommend this hotel!

Good breakfast, nice and efficient staff. All the basic services (minibar, food in room) are there. Good location (close to l'Opera..) Room was fine. The building is a little bit old... No big amazing services.

We stayed three nights at the hotel, July 28th to 31st, 2009. Great hotel. Very quiet. We never heard a sound at night, neither from the street outside, nor from the hotel itself. Great breakfast in the intimate dining hall. You will feel at home when you sit there in the morning, enjoying coffee, juice, fresh pastry, fruit, cerial, youghurt, etc. - planning your day. Americans may miss size: Room/bathroom is relatively small. But remember that this is Paris. And a central location in Paris. 300m from the Opera. Very clean. Very modern, yet with a touch of the Paris experience. The hotel itself is also small, which was an advantage: You feel very much at home. The Louvre is nice, 10 mins walk away. All other major attractions a short taxi ride away. Max 9 Euro to either attraction. Very friendly staff. They accommodated all our requests. Free, high-speed wireless Internet in the rooms. Bathroom with shower and tub. For easy access, take the Roissybus from CDG Airport. Check for signs inside the airport. It's 11 Euro, and takes you straight to the Opera. From there, the hotel is 300m walk away. Check the map. Bus leaves every 15 minutes. Also for the return. Takes about 45 minutes. Very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotelllet er indbydende, rent, MEGET velplaceret som udgangspunkt for stort set alle seværdigheder i den centrale del af byen. Staben er smilende, imødekommende, serviceminded og nem at kommunikere med idet de fleste behersker engelsk.

God plads på værelset, af et Pariserhotel at være. Pæn standard, særdeles rent. Virkelig høfligt og opmærksomt personale. God beliggenhed som udgangspunkt for sightseeing i Paris. Kommer gerne igen.

Hotellet ligger svært sentralt med gåavstander de fleste steder, gode shoppingmuligheter, nærme metro og gode restauranter. Rommet var heller artig innredet, men rent og kjempeservice på hotellet. Personalet er hyggelige og hjelpsomme og engelskunnskapene er gode! Absolutt et hotell vi anbefaler!

Dette ble et meget vellykket opphold i Paris, noe hotellets svært hyggelige og hjelpsomme personell bidro til. Hotellet kan anbefles på det varmeste!

Excellente situation et très bon confort général, personnel aimable et souriant

Sentralt og samtidig i rolig sidegate med umiddelbar nærhet til både shopping, restauranter og kulturelle opplevelser. Meget god service og bra frokost, men rommene kunne gjerne vært noe større. Til gjengjeld var det rent og meget bra standard.

Ett trevligt hotell med fin atmosfär. Ligger fantastiskt bra ett stenkast från oprean och Lafayette.

Ett bra hotell med utmärkt läge nära till allt. Det som sänker hotellets betyg är att min vän som jag delade rummet med höll på att bli av med sin jacka. vet inte i dag om den kommer med post som lovat. Hotellets chef försvarade sin personal hårdnackat då vi menade att jackan var borta från rummet och han hävdade bestämt att min vän måste ha glömt jackan någon annanstans men senare när vi sitter i taxin till flyget ringer han upp och säger att jackan har hittats.

Rigtig hyggeligt hotel meget centralt placeret i Paris. God og hyggelig atmosfære, meget venlig og hjælpsom personale. selvom det ligger centralt var der ingen støj fra gade/trafik. Kan absolut anbefales.

I övrigt så var servicen och behandlingen mycket bra.

Pæn og lækket hotel med perfekt beliggenhed. Personalet var altid hjælpsom og smilende. Pæne værelser, hyggelig restaurant med god morgenmadsbuffet. Kan varmt anbefales til andre. Vil selv benytte hotellet igen. Super godt.

Velfungerende, rent, venlig betjening, god beliggenhed tæt på Galerie La Fayette, Operaen, shoppinggader og Metro. Rimelig pris.
