Hotel was clean and comfortable. The included in price breakfast was outstanding. Eggs to order however you prefer them, good juice, fresh fruit, yougurt, pastries, cereals coffee and juice selection. My checking in took longer than ususal. I wish hotel people would think to ask your location preference for a room especially when the hotel is half full. Room was clean and comfortable with attached living room, flat screen televisions in bedroom as well as living room. Great shower lots of clean towels. newspapers were nowhere to be found.

Everything was in order when I arrived. The rooms were very clean. The free breakfast was very good. I enjoyed my stay.

We were finishing off our vacation of ballparks and saved a ton of money by staying here rather than a downtown hotel. The drive to the park was short and the comforts of the stay were much appreciated. Comfy bed and great layout as usual.

We arrived to the hotel around 6pm. Check in was flawless hotel staff was extremely nice and helpfull. The inside was spacious and displayed very well. When we arrived to the room it was a little warm, the A/C didnt work very well. When I advised the hotel staff of the problem they sent someone up immediately to fix it while I went out to dinner in the restaurant below. The food in the restaurant was a bit pricy but it tasted good and the service was excellent. I will be glad to go back again for my future visits to Baltimore.

On sunday we went to eat breakfast and the line was very long. The cooks were very slow and the arrangement to get breakfast is very disorganized. We were not satisfied with this hotel.

Nice quiet location. Very clean and service was great. The only issue which was a minor one for me is the movie chaneels didn't work. I could have called the desk but I just wanted to sleep anyway. The breakfast the next morning was excellent!! I'd go back again if I'm in the area.

I enjoyed the stay very much. The room was neat and clean every day. The service was excellent.

This was an excellent room that met my family's needs. We were staying in the area, and my wife and kids were flying out early. The room was modern and clean with nice ameneties. The breakfast (complimentary) was fantastic!! Good family deal.

Everything went great. I was looking for a room for my family close to the airport and reasonably priced. The hotel is in excellent condition and they worked hard to make our stay great. They serve an excellent morning breakfast included in the price of the room. This is a great place for families to stay.

I called room service for pillows, and to remove a bag of dirty linen under my bed. Neither were done the first night. The second night I called for pillows and towels, and a couple of hours later, I called and asked again. They finally came up a half hour later with towels and no pillows. When I checked out, the bag of dirty linen still remained there. The complimentary breakfast was great, the shuttle service to local mass transit was good. I just wasn't happy at all with room service.

Embassy Suites as a chain is great. Who else offers the manager special and great breakfast buffet that, to us, is the hallmark of their hotel. However, I was disappointed with the service in Linthicum, MD during our stay. I did not feel the front desk was friendly or had smiles. I hate dealing with customer service that you feel you are inconveniencing. If you have kids that stay with you on the fold-out couch, they never have extra bedding in the room, if you want to make up the bed. We asked the front desk for the extra bedding. It wasn't provided. We called housekeeping. No answer. We called the desk, and eventually housekeeping brought up extra towels. Eventually, housekeeping brought up some bedding with a repeat call to the desk. The next morning their was no receipt on the floor by your door like most hotels. Because we didn't just wanted to go in the morning, after our yummy breakfast (during which mindful busboys kept our table clear of extra, now emptied dishes), we just wanted to pack up and leave without stopping by the desk. This was probably a big mistake, because I found out the next weekend, that the Linthicum charged us for the room on top of what I already paid hotels.com. That was incredibly annoying. What if never had checked my account. Could this have happened at another time, at one of their other locations? Thankfully, a call to the polite desk supervisor took care of it for us. We're supposed to get a credit in a few days.

The design of the hotel is really pretty with an open design that faces in toward a large restaurant/bar seating area with waterfall and fish pond. The hotel offered "happy hour" at the bar area each evening with free drinks and snacks from 5:30 to 7:30. Aside from a lot of reeaally noisy kids (who security dealt with very quickly after we called to complain) it was one of our better hotel stays ever.

The hotel was nice and clean. We returned to the hotel late Saturday evening and were unable to get any food as the restaurant had closed and the bar closed at midnight. We wanted to meet with our friends and family over a drink but were unable to do so. Otherwise the hotel offerd us an enjoyable stay.

Between the hot breakfast and the evening manager's special, it is an awesome deal.

This hotel was great, but for what we were using it for we should have stayed in the city. We went down for the Orioles VS. Red Sox and getting back to the hotel every time we got lost. Other than that the over all hotel was very nice, the breakfast was great,and the staff was very friendly. Ive stayed at Embassy Suites in Niagara Falls and they were pretty comparable to each other. We are plaining on making this a early trip but we will stay at Embassy Suites in the city.

Alarms going off in the middle of the night. No blankets for guests that slept on the pull out couch. We had to use towels instead of blankets, Which were delivered 2 hours after we called for them. 1:30am!!!!!!

We had requested a crib prior to arrival. We reminded them at check in. Came back to get ready for bed, and still no crib. The manager said he was working on borrowing one from another hotel. We did not receive the crib until after 10pm, and by then I already had a cranky, tired baby. We ordered a movie on the TV, and there was no sound, the manager did fix that and gave us the movie at no charge. We pulled out the couch bed for our 6yr old, and there was no blanket, when we requested one, the manager said he had no more blankets in the whole hotel. We had 3 bath towels, and when the maid cleaned our room, she left us with 2, for 4 people. The last straw, was when we went down for the hot breakfast, and there was no bacon, no juice of any kind, and no fruit. The inner harbor was beautiful, and we will visit again, just not at this hotel.

I was very pleased in all aspects of which you could rate a hotel...I plan to go back for a mini-vacation.

The hotel was slightly understaffed. I had several calls to the front desk, etc. to go unanswered. Otherwise I was pleased with the service. Breakfast was not great but there were plenty of choices and the juices and fruit were good. The chef who made the omelette for me was especially kind.

This was a very nice hotel. Well maintained, and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent free Breakfast. Would stay there again.

Great place to stay. The Hotel was booked solid and they always had plenty of towels.Very clean. I really enjoyed the life guard at the pool for my own peace of mind.Will always stay at an Embassy. Awesome cooked to order breakfast.We'll be back.

WIth so many hotels in immediate area of BWI we chose Emabssy Suites beacuse of the fantastic breakfast buffet, Happy Hour deals and the indoor pool & spa. This was the only hotel with an indoor pool , which is a good deal for April on the East Coast.

I was looking for a convenient location to lay my head as I needed to be in Baltimore for two days and didn't have to drive all the way back to DC in between. A friend recommended the hotel so I went with it. Once I checked in, I wanted to ditch my plans! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was layed back and both child and adult friendly. The manager's reception offered complimentary wine and beer as well as light fare. The rooms were spacious and clean (and I'm a sheet and mattress tester so I check these things out). In the morning breakfast was complimentary and had a great variety of foods including made to order omlettes. I immediately moved this hidden treasure to the top of my "in town hideaways" list. I felt there was soooo much more to explore and, with the pool, retuarant and convenient location to the inner harbor, this hotel would be ideal for an overnight date, a family fun weekend or a quick stay between flights.

Outstanding hotel, excellent service, breakfast bufet had plenty of fruits, self cook wafles, abundant pastries, juices, coffee, and cook to order omelets. The manager's welcome reception from 5 to 7 PM had biscuits, meat pastries, cocktail crackers. Plenty of beer, wine or mixed alcoholic drinks. The jacuzzi and the tempered indoor swimming pool were spotelss. Plenty of towels, soap, champu, and coffee. The gym was under renovation.

We have stayed at other Embassy Suites before and have had much better experiences. This location was a disappointment to our family for the following reasons: housekeeping was adequate; however, our last day there, no one cleaned our room. Staffing was minimal, and because of that, we didn't get a roll-a-way bed until our third night there, room service wasn't offered at times listed and the much-advertised "full service" breakfast was horrible. One positive: my children did enjoy the indoor pool.

hotel room was great. big and spacious. bathroom had an odd odor, but it appeared to be hotel wide and not just our room. managers reception was an added plus. never expereinced breakfast, but am sure it was also excellent. close to everything we wanted to do. highly reccommend and will definitely stay there again

Great hotel, well kept but the room had some strange bad smell, no big deal. Only problem we had a baby with us and had requested a crib at least five days before, and when we got there they said they did not have any available, not safe at all to sleep with the baby in our bed. Otherwise the rest was ok.

Every one was very pleasant and helpful would not stay at any other hotel as long as there is an embassy suite there.

Beautiful hotel, but a bit expensive. Noisy kids in the hallways is my only complaint. Everything else was exceptional. The staff was great.

The hotel was ok but the room service was really bad (burnt our food) and our shower fell apart and we had to be moved to another room.

The friendliness of the entire staff was commendable. The hotel information on-line is misleading. The rooms are small; the kitchenette (IF you can call it that) was poorly equipped; the furniture is old. The smoke alarm would go off everytime you take a shower; light bulbs were burned out; we were given pass keys to the wrong room (someone had already checked into this room). There were 3 large events taking place and much noise & late parties were taking place.

nice place to spend the weekend good food .,affordable the rooms were not as large as expected but i would reccomend it to my frienda and others i/wereally enjoyed our weekend there R J J Philadelphia. PA.
