Las instalaciones la verdad es que son buenas, y me atrevería a decir que excelentes. Con playa privada, con gimnasio, y jacuzzi de día y de noche al aire libre. Para disfrutar.. y mucho!!! Playa fabulosa privada y cerrada a las olas

El hotel está ubicado en el lugar idóneo, por 10 dólares de taxi estás en el Viejo San Juan y con un paseo llegas al centro del barrio de Condado, donde se encuentra un comercio excepcional y muy buenos restaurantes. Además cuenta con una gran piscina y playa privada, lo que es todo un lujazo en San Juan. Reune muchas condiciones positivas: ubicación atención, playa particular, instalaciones...... Volvería al hotel. -Creo que el bussines center debería de ofrecer más puestos de conexión a internet. Para el tamaño del hotel, dos accesos me parecen insuficientes.

La pase de maravilla con mi familia, el hotel esta de lujo. Las habitaciones muy comodas, la piscina, la playa y el ambiente excelentes Lo unico negativo es que el estacionamiento es muy costoso.

la pasé genial, las instalaciones están en buen estado y cuenta con una ubicación excelente.

Es un Hotel con muchas comodidades, en el puedes permanecer gran parte del día, el personal se esmera en atenderte y la vista en la terraza de los últimos pisos es espectacular sobretodo por las noches. No esta lejos del Viejo San Juan y en todo caso no es muy caro el taxi.

El unico comentario desfavorable es cuando fuimos a desayunarnos nos dejaron en la mesa y nadien se dirigio a nosotros para indicarnos el procedimiento,lo cual tuve que pararme ya que teniamos 15 minutos sentados sin ninguna atencion.Los dias posteriores no regresamos al restaurante.

Este hotel es fabuloso. El precio estuvo estupendo. La playa es muy limpia y poco profunda. La piscina es grande y poco profunda. La comida es muy buena. La habitacion esta al dia, muy bonito y bastante amplio. El hotel esta en excelentes condiciones fisicas. Este hotel se lo recomiendo a cualquier persona que quiera aprovechar una estadia por sus fascilidades […] y por lugares de atraccion turistica. Leer más

The resort was beautiful! Everything you could ask for in a tropical getaway - palm trees, hammocks, private beach, pools with plenty of lounge chairs and seating, bars, guest activities, restaurants... You're in between Old San Juan and Condado, but on your own peninsula which makes it feel like you're in your own little private piece of paradise. […] But you can very quickly and easily get to any of the sites you want to go to. Our room was just okay. We paid for a room with a balcony but had a terrible view and there were some plumbing issues with the shower, but I suspect that is not the norm. Leer más

I would definitely encourage others to stay at the Caribe Hilton, we had a great time. The service was absolutely top rate, everyone was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure our vacation was perfect. The beach is really nice and private and it is great to take a walk along the water toward Old San Juan, which we did each morning. […] The breakfast buffet was always clean, well stocked and the chefs were sure to prepare omelettes and eggs exactly the way they were ordered. The very best place to eat at the resort was The Pina Colada club. The servers were always very friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. We went there for lunch, for dinner and for very late dinners as well. The rice and beans were perfectly prepared and the drinks were great. I think the menu has something for everyone, from vegetarians to meat eaters and certainly for those who eat fish. They have this incredible habanero sauce made with honey and pineapple that I could not get enough of -- very hot, yet sweet as well. I would not recommend going to Morton's steakhouse. Certainly the quality of the food was great but the prices are pretty ridiculous. More importantly, however, the menu did not reflect Puerto Rican food whatsoever. Each day there are activities and they are fun. There was also some snacks -- coquito, fresh fruit, cheeses, etc -- each afternoon something different in the lobby. The lobby bar was great, all the bartenders were friendly and attentive. Go for the mojito for sure, excellently done. The outside bar/restaurant had some great inexpensive meals and I'd recommend them as well. We had some trouble getting bottled water in any of the machines on the room floors but be aware that both in the lobby and in the lobby bar there is free water -- usually with fruit -- that is there for the taking. Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Loved laying by the pools and the ocean!

Great room, location and staff. Although the beach was somewhat small, it was beautiful and the pools were fantastic. Staff was very responsive to any requests and genuinely pleasant. I would highly recommend the hotel! Can't wait to return.

Great Family Vacation Spot, but had to deal with construction noise during my stay. Food & Beverage Department needs improvement in service.

Beautilful grounds, great beach. Service was outstanding. Stayed in tower with great view of ocean and beach. Room and bathroom were large but past their prime. For the price of the room they need to be updated.

This hotel has a private beach, but there are SO many people on it you can't even walk. By 8:00 AM every single chair around the pool has had someone's flip flops set on it to hold it. The pool for Villa guests only supports around 15 chairs total, and the hotel staff reserve half of them for people who slip them a 20. We saw 4 chairs locked up all […] day for a family who visited for a total of 30 minutes. The porter around the pool must have shoo'd off 50 people over the course of the day who tried to use them. Yet, the hotel manager denied that was policy when we asked and assured me it wasn't happening -- not that he would look into it, just "that doesn't happen". Altogether overpriced (from restaurants to the bar to the rooms), overcrowded, aging property, bad service, requires a taxi to get anywhere... If you are going to pay this much for a hotel, there are much nicer properties just down the street in Condado. If you've got a pile a kids, it probably works. They have things like bounce castles setup on the lawn by the pools on big occasions. But, for a couple looking for a relaxing getaway, do yourself a favor and look for a better spot. Leer más

My fiance and I stayed 4 nights there during the first part of our vacation (12/24~12/28) in Puerto Rico. He LOVED the ocean view (we paid extra for the room type). And I agree, it was breath-taking on the 14th floor! However, I have to say our room is a bit run-down though. Someone told me that it's hard to maintain hotel rooms in tropical weather […] because of the moisture & humidity. The room is dated (not just looks that way, but it is). But my man doesn't care, 'cuz the ocean front view is all worth it. Otherwise, the hotel itself is fine. The lobby, the restaurant(s), the bar, the pool, and the beach access. I do think they make up for the run-down room. Oh, if you have a rental car, don't forget to drive across the bridge (Ashford Ave) to visit the Condado district. Leer más

This hotel was a real treat!! Starbucks in the Lobby...what more could a person need? Rooms and pool area were great. Pool bar and beach were also very nice. Staff was nice and we would go back any time. Food was pricey for the quality.

A friend & I stayed here for 3 nights, over New Year's Eve - it is a big & busy hotel, but overall, quite nice & service good/reliable. We took a cab to Old San Juan & enjoyed the walk around town & walk home too. Not much going on near the hotel, but easy access to downtown. Pool service is excellent, and good little private beach. Recommended!

The hotel and it's location are nice. The restaurants are of mixed quality and alternatives outside the hotel are some distance away.

We took two rooms on a refurbished floor. There were some items missing (furniture, lighting) but the room was clean, large and with good views. Room service food was excellent but could take unto one hour to deliver. The pool was clean but not heated. The beach facilities were excellent. The breakfast at Las Palmeras is great and kids are half price. […] There is also a less costly buffet at Il Giardano. The Pina Colada restaurant looks like an inexpensive place but isn't. Food, however is good. There is a Subway within walking distance outside the hotel. There are several tours available through the hotel concierge. These are convenient. We took one to the rainforest. The guide took 40 minutes to stop the tour at a roadside restaurant and gift shop and skipped the official welcome center and gift shop to our dismay. We could have seen more of the forest rather than being directed to this shady set up. Leer más

This hotel was wonderful. There is so much to do that you don't even have to leave the hotel and will have plenty to do. I was impressed by the pool, outdoor area. It had beautiful landscaping with an amazing view. There were plenty of chairs for lounging pool and beachside. Loved the garden area as well. Breakfast buffet was excellent. II book a room with an ocean view and i got an office type room with a wall bed and a view to a yard i will never stay there again

Although the pool area is great and so is the service, I was very dissapointed with my "oceanview" as it was not what I saw on the website. The carpet had a few white stains near the entrance and the bedskirt was ripped. One of the beds was very hard and the other one was soft. As always Hilton delivers a winner. Great hotel with plenty of options for food, drink, and entertainment.

Everything was perfect for me and my two daughters, the overall service was very good bo had complaints at all, the hotel was conveniently located in an area where I could from walking to move to a convenient distance.
