Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre

Can't beat the location and overall price. Parking is $25 overnight, which was reasonable considering superbowl week. Close to all downtown and Mass ave events.

The location is excellent as it is close to all downtown events. It is an older hotel which is an excellent buy for the rate. I would stay there again as I like the price and the location.

Pick something closer....walk too far in colder weather although the taxis only charge $5.00 to anywhere in the city. Only complaint was that the toilet seat would not stay up which meant you had to touch it and it would fall down as you were getting up! While I was able to find a hotel within walking distance of the convention center, it left a bad taste in my mouth. First of all the heating in the room was horrible. We had the heat set at 75 and were still cold. Vents were above the door. The water for showers was HORRIBLE!!! It would cold then hot/then cold again. Never a consistent temperature. […] The walls were half primered. On Sunday night came back from our event and went to get wine at the bar - Out of 2 different types of wine....How does a bar not have back up bottles. I stayed at the hotel for three days. the location is great. Front desk service was fair. On the third day, when we came to our room, the room was not cleaned, the bed was not made, there were no clean towels. we had to call in the middle of the night to ask for clean towels, which was provided to us. The staff of this hotel were wonderful! There were a few tiny glitches and they made up for them ten times over. They helped us celebrate and saved us a ton of money. We loved our weekend!

My wife and I spent a long weekend in Indy Christmas shopping. Our room, 1123, had a magnificent view of Monument Circle with the Christmas lights. Front desk personnel were extremely helpful and efficient. Room was standard, functional and very clean. We were having trouble finding a downtown hotel, but Hotels.com found us this one at a great rate. […] I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great value,decent location (it is NOT connected to the Circle City mall) and wonderful hotel staff. King Bed was only available next to the elevators. Sounded like a subway train all night. Lobby service was weak at best and service was mediocre. I'm a SPG member but this was only 3 Star at best.

comfortable, clean, good location, great restraunt, friendly. Parking should be provided for the guests.

So close to Everything, Center Mall, Sight seeing, Lucas Oil Stadium, Night Life.....even had a Horse & carriage ride & dropped us off at the front doors of the Sheraton!! Such a Great Hotel, in a Great City! Loved It!!

Clean and friendly. In heart of downtown and close to several bars and shops. View of the circle from room. Would stay again.

Just awesome. I was in town for the monumental mini marathon with my wife. Was met by a very friendly Kara, I think that was her name.

I booked this hotel because i was running the Indianapolis marathon the next day, the hotel was very clean located close to everything comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful

First of all, I was searching for the room service menu. I opened the nightstand drawer and found a drawer full of condoms and one empty package. There was a hair in the bath tub. The room was so cold. I jacked the heat up to 80 and the air was still cool. Also, check out is at noon and I called down to ask for a late check out. I was told the latest […] they would let me check out was 12:30. I said can I please check out at 1? Absolutely not! They would not budge beyond 12:30. The hotel was nice except for the leak in the window. It did not get anything wet in our room, but it was causing mildew to form on the window sill The room was comfortable and very convienent for us to walk to the Colts game.

this hotel was great. the staff was extremely friendly and it was so simple to check in and out. my room was clean and had a nice view. extremely close to all downtown attractions and our diner reservations were extremely close by. Good proximity to shopping, restaurant and bars. This hotel is in a great location- near to practically anything you would want to see, and many places to eat- most all in walking distance. Nicely appointed rooms, wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. My only complaint was the noise level in our particular room. We were in a room that had a door connecting it to the adjacent guest room. We were […] awakened both nights of our stay to the conversation of the guests next door. They were not being very loud, just that the connecting door is not well insulated and allows even the sound of an ordinary conversation to seep into your room, as if you are right there with them! You can't beat the Sheraton for friendly service and great clean rooms. I will definitely come back again.

The hotel is in an older building that needs many upgrades. The staff is considerate by ordinary standards but they need further training to compare with the staff at the better hotels (even most Sheraton hotels). There are few stores in the immediate neighborhood and even the local CVS closes early.

We were at a convention at the Convention center and we enjoyed the walk every day from the hotel. It was very convient for us. Horel staff very nice and also the maid service.

A comfortable hotel just off the Circle making everything downtown easily accessible. Parking was right next door and plenty of food and drinking establishment within walking distance. We took in a show at the Murat which was a decent walk but about as close as you can get.

Stayed at this hotel during the GayPride Festival in downtown Indy. The location was perfect for "walking distance" to the event and the rooms were excellent! The staff was extremely courteous and helpful!! Thanks for a fantastic weekend!

A great location, and a good hotel except that there is no WI-FI in the rooms!

There for a convention but downtown Indy offers so much. Restaurants like Mo's and PJ Chang's and Dubu de Bippe's are fantastic. Downtown Indy IS the place to enjoy great food with friends, It has it all from Stadiums, to Theaters. I have stayed at 5 of the great hotels down there in the last year or two and the Sheraton out did themselves. Wonderful […] people, great food(try the ribs) a reasonable pricing. I'll do that again. Our stay was wonderful, we were in the King suite, close to Circle Center Mall. Couldn't have been better. It was our 48th wedding anniversary.

Excellent rooms, easy parking, nice clean hotel close enough to Conseco Fieldhouse to walk to the concert. my only complaint is that the soap, shampoo etc. had an added fragrance and I have very sensitive skin. I would certainly tell friends to stay there and we would stay again but I'll bring my own toiletries next time.

I travel to Indy for work and have stayed at this location a handful of times. Recently though the quality has gone down hill. The bathroom was fairly dirty (places that you do not want it to be) and the room was cold, after trying to turn up the heat and still being cold-they said the trick was just to turn of the unit and that heats up the room: Who […] would of thought. No hot Water on the hotel due to some piping reparation until 6 pm i had to go a meeting smeing bad ! hugh

The only complaint I have is that our room was right next to the elavator and I could hear it all night. Other than that it was great.

The Sheraton was the nicest hotel. It was very clean and the staff was exceptional. I loved our room and the view was great. We ate breakfast both mornings in the fabulous restaurant and the food was great. There was a waiter in the restaurant that made our stay even better. It was my 50th birthday and he made it soo special. The hotel even sent us […] complimentary breakfasts for both days. wow. it was great. Will stay here every time I come to Indianapolis. We stayed one day at the hotel. Beds where comfortable, room was clean. Great location near all the Indy sights and good restaruants close by.

The only concerns were minor: the parking garage ticket machine wasn't working, and the front desk didn't have all the correct answers. Also, the toilet seat didn't stay up, so a guy had to hold it...Just awkward, but not worth complaining about. Overall, great. Location is perfect, and the view was photo-worthy. :)
