Les comparto esto porque considero que al hacer esta encuesta les interesa la opinion de sus clientes, y porque creo que se estan preocupando para mejorar su hotel y existen cambios que solo implican un poco de atención sin ningún gasto o minimo. La atención de la recepcionista fue deficiente, no recuerdo el nombre pero era una mujer cerca de los 40, no muy alta y un poco llenita que me atenndio el jueves al llegar como a la 1:00 am, le pregunte si hablaba español a lo cual se molesto y de ahi en adelante me atendio muy parcamente y sin ningún interes. La otra es las habitaciones estan muy bien en cuanto a baño y limpieza, pero les falta cambiar alfombra (gastada aunque limpia) y el sillon de la entrada se ve de tapiceria vieja y contrasta con lo demas que se ve que le estan hechando las ganas. Ah y el control de la tele se vei que tenia pilas nuevas pero no estaba programado para la tele por lo que no servia, y con la atencion que nos dio la señorita ni pensar en preguntar algo. El Lobby se ve muy bonito y amplio aparte de limpio. El desayuno talvez con un poco de fruta mejoraria bastante.

Un pequeño hotel enfrente de Japantown, con un diseño unico y original, todo funcionando y una atencion EXCELENTE. Sinceramente si encuentran una oportunidad con este hotel, RESERVARLO YA!!!

"Fun for the holidays"
Awesome hotel. It was under construction, but they were very accomodating and put us in Tower 1 which wasn't being renovated. The neighborhood is right on the border of the Tenderloin, but blocks from Union Square. It's a great location if that doesn't bother you. Decorated to the nines for Christmas. The location is really good, but be careful when you check in that they don't give you an older room in one of the older towers.
"Stinks"
The entire floor stank, and the stank got all over my clothes. The next morning everyone said I smelled like a cheap motel. The location is great, staff is awesome but the quality of the place is no better than a motel 6.

The hotel is really old and the room we got was really in a really noisy corridor. There were weird people on that floor and we would be up all night because of the noise. In addition, the internet connection wouldnt work even after we paid for it. Really poor connectivity in the room for cell phones as well. Overall a disappointment for the price […] we paid. "great location, small room"
Loved the location! A block off Union Square. Room was very small for family of four. Pool is outside but open year round and heated nicely. All in all, a great place to stay but small.

"Room Noise and Convenience"
Squeaking bed in room upstairs kept me up most of the night. Is this a hotel or a brothel? Distance to room was unacceptable. Hotel was too big for my liking.

"nice hotel- very noisy rooms"
The Hotel was very nice, clean we had a great view from the 34th floor! The location was fantastic, very close to union square. The big problem though is a big one for me, the Noise! "Next to everything"

The hotel was good, but I would have expected more for a 4-star hotel and the price we paid. Our room was located close to six elevators, which meant constant noise from the moving elevators. "Crack Haven/Internet Failure"
The hotel was in good shape but in a terrible location. It was right next to what the locals call the tenerloin. Crack haven. I walked through the area at 4:00 pm on a Friday and was scared for my life. People were urinating and defacating on the street right in front of me. Someone from the hotel should have warned me not to go into that area. The […] hotel charged me for 2 movies I did not order or watch, and because this was a working holiday I really needed the internet and finally after 5 phone calls 2 visits to the front desk and 24 hours later my internet was working. The first room that I got had a broken toilet. They gave me a new room, but I had to pack up all of my stuff and go back to the desk and wait in line again (I had dinner reservations and was not happy about this inconvenience). The people at the desk did not apologize for the inconvenience, they actually made me feel like I was trying to pull a fast […] one on them. "Great location"
Cannot fault the location of this hotel, but for the price you pay it is relatively average. Room was small, dated. The fridge didn’t work and they were going to charge us $30 to replace it! No free WiFi or breakfast. The room was clean however.

"Hilton nothing to talk about"
This was one of the worst stays ever. This hotel was such a mess cause of the Halloween parties. There were fights, glass all over the common areas, and the elevators are so slow it takes 30 min to get off the floor. I will never stay here again. it was funny ...no water in room and the mini was locked and i couldn't have my medecine 3 in the morning cause all of the line were busy and i couldnt reach reception & finally in the morning when i coud talk with room service they said i have to pay 14 $ for a small bottle of water ...omg ...for me who travel a lot around the world and been in more […] than 100 hotels was first time this experience and im so sorry for them... "Downtown San Francisco"
The hotel was noisy. The elevators were broken. There was partying in the hall untill 5am and no one came to move the partiers out of the hall. I was not asked upon check out how my stay was with the Hilton this was to be rated 4 star hotel and I have stayed in much nicer 2 star hotels.
"Halloween weekend"
The narrow hallways echo and with it being Halloween weekend, the hotel was full of young loud people. Hotel staff left carts for room service sit out in hallways for over 12 hours. The young guests picked up the condiment bottles, salt and pepper shakers and other items were on all the 8th floor hallway floors. Large bags of empty liquor bottles at […] the ice machine. Pizza and the boxes were on the hallway floor. I would think that more staff would be on duty to patrol the hallways, especially on Halloween to see that the hallways are presentable to the guests. "Typical tired Hilton only good for conventions"
Not all Hiltons are tired with bland dated decoration but unfortunately this one is. It is obviously a convention hotel and we found everywhere we went in the cavernous foyers thousands of people either checking in to conventions, milling around an oddly positioned small bar or hovering over their laptops (internet free in the foyer). The two bedrooms […] we utilised were tired and dull in decoration but I guess functional. We are very annoyed with hotels in this day and age that continue to charge for internet access and unfortunately this one does (except in the cavernous foyer). There are no intimate bars or nice restaurants so after an expensive breakfast in their horribly noisy restaurant/bar on the first morning we ate breakfasts in nearby diners for a better valued breakfast. Overall, stay if you need to but there are many many hotels nearby which would be more atmospheric, romantic (if you want) and 'of the time'. Leer más
Staff very accommodating. Quiet even though in center of San Francisco. Easy access to most major sites. Very nice pool, spa and workout areas. Would stay there again.
"Nice Hotel, but next to a shady location."
This was a very pleasant hotel to stay at. The staff was very friendly and informative. It had great lighting and just a great vibe all together. However, it is right next to the Tenderloin district (which is riddle with crime). Again the hotel in nice, but we definately had to drive through a very shady area to get there, plus there were only certain […] directions from the hotel we could explore due to the bad surrounding neighboorhood. On a good note, it's only a 12 dollar taxi ride to Fisherman's Wharf and there are some really good pubs and bars with in walking distance. The rooms were a bit small, but after a couple stays in San Francisco I have come to expect that. All around it was a good stay, but just be wary of the surrounding neighboorhood. Leer más

we had a few problems with our initial room allocation in tower 1 we were next to the lift and it was very noisy, tower 1 is in need of a refurb its looking tired. we endede up in tower 2 and top fl;oor room was great very sapcious.Dont turn left when leaving hotel main entrance the area is a bit seedy

"Fantastic location"
What a fantastic location, the hotel was very clean, very friendly and overall could not fault a thing. Very satisfied and would most certainly stay again. Thanks Hilton for a great couple of nights accommodation.
"A little pleasure with business"
A hotel like this should never charge for Internet a connection. I used my Cell phone for internet connection the entire time I was at the hotel. Breakfast was your normal free breakfast arrangment at most major hotels, the only difference is we paid $65.00 for two people at a buffet style setting. RIDICULOUS!
