"For the money...Great"

To start of for the cost and late minute arrangement it was great. Room was comfortable, not dirty. T.V., Microwave, and Refrigerator which were all great. Dont turn Fridge up to high or it will freeze everything except your alcohol. Breakfast was great for what you pay and expect...I suggest a banana inbetween 2 waffles. The water was very hot if wanted, little bit of a water leak behind toilet nothing big, they provide you with towels anyway. Also seemed as if only one employee spoke english, but she was extremelly helpful and made sure we got everything we asked for.

"Toilet problems, but everything else was nice"

The room was cleaner than I thought it would be, walls nice and clean. The only thing that went wrong is the toilet would only flush after about 4 flushes. The reason we went there in the first place is we were going to Loma Linda Hospital the next day - and it was critical that the toilet be working properly. It wasn't. When I called the Front Desk, they told me Maintenance was gone for the day. When I called again, I asked for them to bring a Plunger, which they did. It was not new. But we had to use it over and over during the evening and night. That was miserable. The breakfast in the morning was good. It was a nice plact to stay, for the money, except for the Maintenance issues. They need to have a person on call 24 hours.

"Great Stay, even on a budget!"

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The pool guy gave my daughter some pool toys (noodles) to play with while we were there. Even though we were right above the pool, it was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend.

"Just what I needed"

I went to San Bernardino for a graduation party and thought that the room was lovely and if I should have a reason to go see my ex-husband and his family again I will stay here. I was very pleased with the room, the amenities and the service. This hotel allows pets and my babies found it to be confortable, as well. I totally recommend this hotel.

"Great for the price- but..."

If you are on a TIGHT budget, this hotel works, but I would spend $20 more and stay down the street. Older hotel, neighborhood one street away is not so good.

Although we booked at the last minute we asked for non smoking room and were told there were none available. The room smelled terrible. We went down to the pool, there were cigarette butts all over the ground.

Great location, lots of restaurants surrounding the hotel, with a very nice golf course just a few blocks away. The city of San Bernardino is not a beautiful city and the hotel backs up to the freeway and the rooms in the back are very loud. Overall, a good place to stay.

"Freeway noise kept us up"

Overall, we were very satisfied with this location in every aspect. The only negative was the freeway noise. We were given an outside room facing the freeway. The inside rooms may be better, don't know.

"Great room for the money"

The room was neat and clean. Room directly accross from pool which was convenient. Temp of pool was perfect. However....was disappointed when the gate to the pool began clanging and banging with loud voices at 0520 on the third morning of our stay. Also, sometimes the pool was locked early or opened late. Also upon check in, the Desk Clerk failed to tell us that breakfast was over at 0900 and we missed it the first a.m. The Housekeepers were friendly and were happy to exchange towels when we were'nt interested in Housekeeping. The beds were comfortable and the location of the Hotel worked for us. Although we mainly just slept and swam at the Hotel, the price was great for our needs.

"Needs employee improvement"

The outside of the hotel did not look like it was very well maintained however the room turned out to be very clean and the beds were comfortable. The agent at the front desk was not in the mood to correct a problem until we told them we would not stay and would let Cooperate know that the front desk people didn't care if people canceled their reservations or not. At that point he was able to correct the problem in a matter of minutes.

"Bad Place"

The room is very small. The hotel did not comply to what they said and the beds are not comfortable. There were no shades or curtains to block the early morning sun from being in your eyes. When we wanted to change rooms they left us on the balcony waiting for 15 minutes.

THE INN WAS ONLY BLOCKS AWAY FROM THE CONCERT....ACTUALLY ON A NEIGHBORING STREET OF THE CONCERT..... COMING BACK NEXT YEAR AGAIN....EITHER PAID DUES CONCERT OR ROCK THE BELLS....YEAH GREAT PRICE/LOCATION/ETC.. ETC.

DO NOT advertise high speed if you will not deliver. I lost a whole evening of working on my production. That was the only driver of why I chose your hotel in the area.

First of all they seemed to be short staffed I had to wait over 15 min. to check in. I was very excited because I had stayed at this hotel in another City so I had high expectations. I was somewhat disappointed. The continental breakfast was a joke the coffee was cold and the muffins stale. They cleaned the pool during the hours of use and it still left something to be desired. The staff was not friendly at all.

The rooms were small. The beds were uncomfortable. The rooms were damp and had an odor. Also you could tell that several of the rooms had leaking AC.

"Could use some Improvements"
