Todo ha ido bien. Nos esperaban. Parking en el propio hotel, tiene coste. Pequeña piscina y pequeño gimnasio que cumplieron con nuestras necesidades. Fácil acceso al centro en autobús público. En recepción nos indicaron y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos.

Me ha sorprendido el escaso estado de mantenimiento y suciedad del hotel, llegando al punto de pringarte las manos con los muebles de la habitación debido a restos de suciedad dejados por otros viajeros que no han sido limpiados por el servicio del hotel. Los alrededores tampoco son de lo mejor, está ubicado en un poco recomendable barrio portuario […] rodeado de scalextrix de autopistas con mucha suciedad y prostitución por los alrededores. Leer más

We stayed at this hotel for one night and found the room very comfortable. The hotel itself gives you a feeling of comfort as it is generally large, clean and warm. The only downside is that the hotel is outside the centre of Genova and you have to take a bus in and out.

Novotel Genova Ovest is in dire need of refurbishment. The carpets are the filthiest I have ever seen in a hotel. I did not take my shoes off in the room. It was shocking to see a hotels carpet so dirty. We chose the hotel because it was near the airport, but would never stay again. Family of 5 - 3 teens - travelling through Europe. We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and service was fantastic. We were able to park underground (for a surcharge) and leave the car to use the public transport system - not the best system but it was ok for what we needed. We were provided with maps and tourist information on Cinque Terre and Portofino […] and staff were always available with excellent English to help us out with any queries. A laundry was also provided free of charge. The hotel restaurant was well patronised - many tour buses stop overnight here so you have to get in early - but the food and service was excellent. Rooms were spacious and airy. Views from the top floors not brilliant as we were facing the docks, but we didn't really book for the view, we booked for the closeness to transport and outlying areas. Aircon in the rooms worked - necessary in the heat of September! WiFi in rooms was sufficient. Had already been warned about poor internet in Italy, so did not download or upload photos, just checked emails and did the basics and it worked. This hotel is nice. It is clean, it is modern and provides more services than most users will need. the only "issues" we encountered would depend on exactly what you were using the hotel for. There is a pool, but during our stay it was full of children and so really noisy. It is very small and impossible to get away from it. We also wanted to go into […] Genova. We were driving but we decided to leave the car safely parked and use the public transport. there is a metro station runnning one line backwards and forwards. It is about a mile walk from the hotel and closes early (9pm), so you'd probably be getting a taxi back if you wanted to stay later and watch the sun go down. These are small issues and as said may not affect you depending on what you want to use the hotel for. Leer más

I chose this hotel because there were very few in Genoa with a pool and I must say I was pleasantly surprised with how clean and modern the hotel itself was. The pool is not large but its clean and on the 2nd floor.... if you have the time you can cantake sun and sit outside to enjoy a drink or read. Rooms are small but nice. My favorite surprise was […] that there were channels in many different languages on the TV. I was expecting only Italian but I was able to watch CNN and BBC in English which was nice. Bathrooms ar nice, water pressure good in the shower. Front desk staff were always nice and helpful. We had dinner one night in the hotel restaurant and it was GREAT! I reccomend the Caesar Salad - its not your typical north american caesar but it was FANTASTIC! Bus stops rght outside the hotel and its straight to the Aquarium and downtown area. Same thing on the way back. The area around the hotel is apparently not the safest area in town but you will not spend more than 5 minutes waiting for a bus. The hotel location is good, just few minutes by car or bus to the must see sights.

Please note that the hotel is miles away from the main areas

rooms ok, clean, carpet needs to be replaced and bathroom not state of the art, positiv are: tea making facilities in the room, negativ: can not open windows, child friendly got presents for kids at check-in, friendly reception, clean, parking garage not very spacious, gpl cars are not allowed to park

The hotel reception was fine but the lifts, corridors and rooms were dirty. The rooms were very dated and the fitments dirty and worn. The restaurant was expensive and the staff very abrupt. The area the hotel was located in was frightening with prositutes working no more than 100 metres from the hotel. The hotel car park however was very useful and […] very secure. On the road and a last minute booking, parking was extra as well as the breakfast making it one of the more expensive hotel's on our vacation.

the hotel was nice and clean, far from the airport and restaurants. I found hair on the blanket and the bed was hard.

The Aquarium and shopping was only a 10 minute bus ride away. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative is that there wasn't very much closet space.

Nice hotel as expected. Room was small but was ok and clean. There are 30 min. free internet in the lobby. Our 2 kids stay free with us. Friendly staff. However, there is quite a distance to walk to the city centre or the closest Metro station.

good hotel with pool good price but on outskirts about 10 km to airport 20euros by taxi or 4 by bus from main train station about 1km away

Apres une erreur de date de ma part, aucun cadeau de fait, comme par hasard il ne restait que des chambres 2 fois plus cher ! (pour les memes prestations, voir moins ! ), et vu la rapidite du sejour, pas pris le temps d aller voir ailleurs, ce que j aurai du faire !

Séjour fin octobre, et par chance temps magnifique, hélas la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. On nous a expliqué qu'on était en mode "hiver". Il faisait 30 degrés Celsius dans la chambre. Obligé de dormir fenêtre ouverte avec le bruit insupportable de la voie rapide. Très mauvaise nuit !!!

l'entretien de la piscine et de ses abords laisse à désirer. le service du petit déjeuner dans la chambre n'a pas fonctionné et le personnel à l'accueil n'a pas paru surpris que cette prestation n'aboutisse pas. hotel agréable mais loin du centre ville. Intéressant car ils acceptent les animaux domestiques.

Nous avons fait etape à Genes de retour de Rome pour la France : 2 chambres grandes avec vue magnifique sur la mer, propres, un petit-dejeuner délicieux, un personnel très aimable, et une piscine très agréable. Attention à la hauteur du parking : 1,80 m maximum!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was eager to help and spoke many languages. The room had good standard. Did not eat breakfast. The location of the Hotel was a industrial/residental area with 2 km too the downtown. Some bad business going on in the area around the hotel and alot of traffic just outside the main entrance. Malgré un accueil moyen, le bruit dans les couloirs par les femmes de ménage à 7H du matin et la cohue au petit déjeuner (salle de restaurant petite), l'hôtel était très bien situé dans Gênes : proximité des arrêts de bus pour nous amener vers le centre ou au port en 10 minutes (précision : très bons contacts avec les conducteurs de bus génois)...ainsi […] que l'autoroute toute proche. Nous avons été tout à fait satisfait de notre séjour. Cependant, nous avons constaté que l'hôtel n'est pas situé du bon coté de la ville et nous n'avons pas eu d'autres choix que de nous garer dans le parking privé et payant.

Très moyen pour un Novotel - Cohue au petit déjeuner où l'on se fait refouler de la salle à manger car trop de monde et quand on parvient à y pénétrer, les serveurs débarrassent car il est 9h30!!! Donc il faut manger ultra rapidement...et ce qu'il reste!

Helaas konden de ramen niet open, dit vanwege dubbele beglazing. Al lopend Genova in is helaas te ver . Wel is de metro op loopafstand van het hotel. Al met al een prima hotel.

Fin pool, god morgenmad, centralbeliggende i forhold til andre byer -ikke i forhold til bymidte.

Friendly staff and absolutely prof. run hotel. Hotel stuffed in between highly traficated (motor-)ways. Very busy breakfast atmosphere - difficult to enjoy. The coffee was awful! Metallic artificial taste.

Hotel ok ale trochę zaniedbany jak na Novotel i 4 gwiazdki. Spaliśmy w pokoju 724, polecam go szczególnie lubiącym żywe stworzenia, od mrówek się w nim roiło. Łazienka też w nienajlepszym stanie. Dobre usytuowanie hotelu , blisko przystanek autobusowy, metro. Płatny podziemny parking. Zasługuje na 2 gwiazdki nie 4

L'hotel è molto comodo, con tutti i comfort per un soggiorno di pochi giorni. La moquette nelle camere è la cosa peggiore, molto rovinata. L'arredo non è eccezionale ma gradevole. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. La colazione è molto ricca, ma conveniente solo se è inclusa nel prezzo della camera. D'altronde il quartiere non offre molto […] altro. Normalt er vi meget glade for Novotel, men dette i Genova tager vi ikke på igen. Vi startede ud med problemer med vores værelse, og kunne først på anden forespørgsel få det byttet. Der er generalt rigtig meget støj fra store veje der omgiver hotellet. Hotellets pool (det eneste sted der er en terasse) lukker allerede kl. 20, det er således umuligt at […] sidde ude hvis man vælger at blive på hotellet. Morgenmaden var ok i kvalitet, men kvantiteten.. vi var nok 150 mennesker der "sloges" om mad til 50 ;( ;( Leer más
