hotel is perfect location, even with the 7 $ hidden fees slid under the door at 5 am. it was a great price for the stay. it was cheaper and just as good as the silver legacy.

I expected the hotel to be organize and the restaurant food to be good, but I'm afraid it wasn't. I would hire new people because the service was Lowzy, especially the hard time I was given in the parking garage, I'll never go to this casino again.

I like to stay downtown: the Valet Parking is wonderful and convenient. Room service ditto as are the Restaraunts. Sorry not to see much action at the tables. The Vietnam restaurant PHO is terrific. As I am a member of the Prospectors, I plan to return again

Decided to stay in Reno and wanted a downtown hotel connected to other hotels at a great rate and found ELDORADO everything from this stay was great, the parking garage has a skyway to the hotel registration desk and elevator lobby, you can check in your snobwboard/skis at the bell desk, rooms are very modern and great to come back after a day on the […] slopes. complaints: - Always check your bill before checkout. Had to question some charges made. - Minibar is one thing but our room also had a pressure-sensitive goodie tray where even if you just pick up an item to examine, you're already charged. Terrible idea!

I am positively amazed we got this place for such a cheap price.. Sure it was a Tuesday, but that was a total steal. Also, the breakfast buffet beat anything I've found in Vegas (except Aria).

My friends and I were looking for a hotel room to split for a reasonable price and choose the El Dorado. Other friends stayed at the Silver Legacy and they said our room was better than theirs for the same price! I was overall pretty happy with the hotel and the service received.

For starters. after paying for the room on hotels.com we found out that the hotel charges an extra fee at checkin plus a deposit which they refund upon check out, all this was ok with us, but the room was too hot and the temp could not be turn down,the refrigerator was lock and the contents were on sensors, if u took eny thing out it would be charged […] from your deposit. so u had no use of it. next time i go to reno i will stay some place elce where i dont have to wake up with a nose bleed from the hot room. "Treated like a 5 star preoperty!"
WE love this hotel. We stop here when driving to Idaho. I was treated so well while playing 21. We will be back!

The Eldorado Hotel and Casino in Reno,Nv...Rooms way too hot and could not adjust...Advertising to get meals at certain rates are false due to they don't say you need to be a "Gold Card" member....Rude people when checking in...The only people that were nice was the elevator operater...Will NEVER stay there again

I was put in a smoking room but requested nonsmoking. Floor was not vacuumed. The casino was kept so warm it almost made me sick.
