"Dump"
It's cheap but if you just need a shower try a truck stop it's cleaner. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at!

there is nothing nice I can say about this hotel. For the quality of the hotel it is over priced. In the hallway, the ceiling tiles are falling down, in the room the rug was filthy, run down. Requested a non smoking room and I could still smell the smoke on the bedding. It was pretty awesome. Shower was good bed's were comfortable and it was clean and amazing. The Internet worked well the only drawback was I had to get my room key reset every day. Something kept demagnatizing it

"worst hotel I have ever been in!"
This place was filthy. The carpets were worn out, dirty and torn. The main lobby smelled dirty, the front glass at the entrance was even grimey. The front doors did not even shut completely. We had a smoking room, no ashtray and when we asked for one, we were told they dont put them out anymore because people take them so we would have to use a styrofoam […] cup with water in it. The drapes in the room would not close properly and the carpets were really dirty, not vacuumed for some time and were torn. We left and did not stay the night. Worst place I have ever seen. Leer más
"DON'T STAY HERE!!!"
I'm not sure where to begin.... it was the worst experiance ever! We booked a room ahead of time and they gave us a non smoking room and we reserved a smoking. It was almost 1 in the mornig by the time we got there so we just took it. Got into the room and checked out the shower first.... the handle in the tub was replaced with a bright yellow broom […] handle and brown glue.... the bed.... I pulled back the sheets to find a lot of hair....kept pulling back and there was a chewed DOG BONE!!! Thats right, a chewed dog bone and the bed was COVERED in dog hair! We went to the front desk to talk to the young man that checked us in and he looked at us like we were crazy. So we took him into our room and showed him.! He acted like we were the ones who put it there. He then reluctantly gave us another room. Once again a non smoking room. The next morning we turned on the shower and let it run for about 7 min or so.... NO HOT WATER AT ALL!! It was cold and colder! My biggest complaint is when we went into our room, the window was wide open, with no screen. We closed it, but it didn't have a lock on it. This did not give me a very comfortable or secure feeling when I'm there with my two kids.

"Slumming It"
The hotel name is a contradiction. No luxury here. Thread bear linen, leaky faucet, Stale smell. Unprofessional desk staff (no customer service training). Only good point was the free breakfast with biscuits and gravy, quite tasty.
"Horrrible and terrible at the sametime."
Absolutely horrible, I am not sure how they got the license to operate. The guy on the front office was drunk for the two consecutive day,I stayed in the hotel.

It is right next to the highway ramp, but you pass the entrance before you see a sign, and the turn that looks like it should be for the hotel put us back on the highway the other direction.There seemed to be alot of vagrants around the outside when we showed up. The desk clerk was nicely dressed and pleasent. The building is old and shows it. Badly […] repaired walls, leak marks on ceiling. The upstairs was 20 degrees warmer then down stairs. "Luxury Inn Lincoln - Close to the airport"
Plug ins were all used up by the lights, tv, and refrigerator. The only one available was by the entry door 15 feet from where we needed it for CPAP machines. Staff was helpfull and accommodating. though. Reasonable rates for the age of the building and condition of the room.

"Luxury Inn Lincoln, Nebraska - Health Hazzard"
My husband and I arrived at 3:25 on Sat 3-12-11 checked in and the Manager informed us the room was not cleaned and please return in 10 minutes. When we returned went to the room dropped our luggage and left immediately to visit a family member in the hospital. After an evening with family returned to this "Luxury Inn" to the FILTHINESS most disgusting […] UNSANITARY hotel room I have EVER seen. This room was in NO WAY ever cleaned. Walls with stains, what appeared to be bullet holes, human feces on the bathroom WALL and toilet, wallpaper falling off the walls, urine stains on the floors and bed mattress. Not to mention pulling the comforter down to the sheets. These sheets were dirty, stained and NOT changed after being heavily used. I attempted to call the front desk, only to get NO answer. My husband took photos on his cell phone as I gathered our belongings to leave this FILTHY establishment. We then went to the front desk to get a refund and check out. Only to find no one at the front desk, not answering the phone or call bell. I knocked on the manager's door not once, twice, but THREE times before finally getting the manager to come to the front desk ANGRY because he was awaken and very angry being unable to locate his night manager. The manager was not accommodating in any manor. His only response was to contact Hotels.com and refused to refund our money. I am very willing to forward all photos with many more examples of the kind of business your company is promoting. This is the kind of establishment that should be rented by the hour, not the night! "Luxury inn is a stretch in the name"
There were bags of trash in the halls and in the stairway. The sheets were not fitted and would not stay on the bed. Also soiled towels were in the hallways from the time we checked in till the next day.

"Passable"
Older hotel, but room was quiet and comfortable. Very convenient for travels as it is right off Interstate 80, although not a lot of food choices nearby. Their driveway entrance is hard to find, especially in the dark.

"Small beds and dusty filters"
Room was large enough but the beds were too narrow for two people to sleep comfortably. Our heating cooling unit had lots of dust embedded in the front grill. It took two kleenexes to clean out the grill. The night of Thanksgiving, people were shouting and slamming doors. It was hard to sleep that night. Luxury Inn is nice, nice location, clean, staff is very nice, room is exactly what you pay for the price is very reasonable. The only thing I didn't like is the beds they just weren't comfortable for me, but then again thats me and not might be everyone else. overall very cheap and clean.

When I read reviews on this hotel prior to booking the worst thing that was said was "walls are paper thin". I decided that was better than "smokey smelling" that another local hotel review said, so we booked it. The only reason we even stayed one night was because we got in at 2am and had to be up for an event by 7am. I hardly slept at ALL. Bed was […] horrible, pillow had "hair" on it, shower had a plunger handle held up by plumber's puddy as the "handle", and a room across the hall from us had an inch of police EVIDENCE tape on it still. There was also a lot of noise coming from above us - arguing and a lot of stomping around. This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. "DON'T STAY HERE!"
The place was dirty, there were flies, we were on the ground floor with unlocking windows. When we checked in, the woman at the counter told us to knock first because she wasn't sure if the last guest had checked out already. The place was horrible!
"Good Deal"
My room was clean and easily accessed. Internet worked great. Breakfast was satisfactory. For the money, this is a heck of a deal.
"Luxury Motel lincoln review"
The hotel is an independent property so you don't get reward points or frequent flier miles but you get a basic motel at a good price. The breakfast has waffle machine and bagels and coffee and stuff. The rooms have good AC and heat so that was good for crazy nebraska weather. I will stay again.

For the price that I paid for my stay at the Luxury (very cheap), I was very satisfied. Customer service was exceptional, and the room was above average. If you need a cheap place to stay in Lincoln, I would definitely recommend the Luxury Inn.

this was a quick stop from NJ to CA so we needed something quick. this place was pretty good, decent. No complaints, breakfast etc. Just maybe a bit old and stuffy but that's due to the weather out in NE.

"Try to avoid"
When I got to the hotel The person at the desk was very helpful. The first room he gave me, already had a person in it. He did catch that before I went to the room. Then he gave me another room. So I walked up to it and I couldn't get into the room. So I walked back down and he was apologetic. Then he gave me another room. I walked to that one and the […] door was open and the beds were a mess and not made and there was trash in there. "The best motel on the exit"
The motel is around 10 other motels where you can stay. I picked this one for its wireless internet and its low price. It delivered on both.
"Luxury Inn in Lincoln NE"
We arrived late in the evening after driving for 15 hours. No one was at the front desk. After calling the "help phone," pressing the call button, etc., finally a young man showed up half an hour after we had been standing there. I had booked a "queen, non-smoking" room and even though I was told that was what I was getting from the clerk at check-in, […] we opened the door to a two-bed, smelled like smoking room. By that time, it was 1:30 in the morning, so we didn't bother. The lamp by the desk was electrical taped back together. We didn't have enough bathroom linens for both of us to take showers. The "breakfast buffet" was actually a waffle maker, two types of cereal, a couple pieces of bread and pastries, milk and OJ. No water or fruit or anything else hot. The shower head was about a foot and a half short (and I'm only 5'5"). Bathroom supplies consisted of two bars of soap. "What a good value"
The hotel prices are unbelievably cheap in this part of the country. Where I'm from a motel like this would be twice the price. This place is good for anyone with a cautious budget and who doesn't care for too many extras. The comfort of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff was great.
"Perfect for the part of town"
The exit has like 12 hotels and this one seemed the best when we booked online and it delivered. We loved the waffles every morning! our kids and us loved relaxing at the hot tub. The manager seemed really friendly and accessible and the housekeeping is above par.

I've stayed in many a dingy off the highway hotel in my day and all of those were Ritz-Carlton's compared to this place. And yes, to an extent, you get what you're paying for. But this was awful. I felt dirty and unsafe the whole time. I wore my sandals around the room, because there was no way I way letting my feet touch that carpet. I had to switch […] rooms because the lock was broken on the first room. I found hairs in my sheets and I don't think they cleaned the room. Just quickly folded everything back up and emptied the trash. I really don't think hotels.com should even present this hotel as an option. I couldn't get out of there fast enough in the morning. Not a luxury!!! Not clean rooms are real bad!!!! No ash trays,coffee pots, damp carpet, had to slam door to lock, very hot water to shower in!!!!
"Great Stay beyond the best price"
For the price we paid this was well worth it. I have stayed at higher rated hotels paid more and this was better then them. Great stay and great sleep as was calm and relaxing.
