Radisson Lexington Hotel New York

Este hotel ofrece habitaciones chicas pero comodas, aunque lo que le urge es uan renovacion. Se nota que hace mucho much que no le dan una manita de gato. Aun asi, conviene por su ubicacion y precio. El servicio es muy buen. los cuartos limpios. Todo bien, solo se agradeceria una renovacion. Excelentes precios.

La ubicación del Hotel fue lo que mas me gustó. En solo 10 minutos de caminata se llega a Brodway con todos sus teatros y Times Square. El Empire State Building esta también muy cerca, como a 10 minutos. Igual la Torre Rockefeller y la Iglesia de San Patricio. También tiene estaciones del metro muy cercanas. Para ser Manhattan, buena relacion calidad/precio. Personal del hotel correcto. Sin problemas para el que no se desenvuelva bien con el inglés.

Bien situado. Personal bilingüe muy amable. Habitación executive de tamaño adecuado. Desayuno correcto y bien servido. Precio elevado en comparación con España. Contento en general

Este hotel no es recomendable, sus empleados no tienen una orientación al cliente, las habitaciones están deterioradas, la que nos toco es muy, muy, pequeña, el control de temperatura del aire acondicionado estaba dañado, el colchón muy viejo y acabado, después de mucho insistir nos cambiaron de habitación

Hotel aceptable y bien situado. Podían mejorar el mantenimiento. Camas comodas y habitación amplia.

Lo primero que me gustaria puntualizar es la falta de criterio a la hora check in...muchos controles,desconfianzas y lo primero que te piden es la tarjeta de credito,no te piden el pasaporte sólo la C.C y punto. En cuanto a las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear, nosotros reservamos 3 hab. dobbles y sin ser grosero ni nuestros hostales de pueblo tienen […] tan mala imagen,el baño ridiculo,no hay gel,sólo champu y uno por cada dos, la cortina del baño amarilla,poco luz,la moqueta olia que echaba para atras y ya lo que nos acabo de matar fue que no funcionaba la calefaccion..si,si, como lo digo llegamos lloviendo y hacia frio y al subir estaba puesto el aire acondicionado. LLamamos a recepcion y como no podian arreglarlo nos subieron una calefacción!!!!!. Como colofon al lujosisimo hotel...la limpieza de la propia habitación, no hacian las camas ...corrian las sabanas y la colcha. Vamos a ver estuvimos 6 noches y no cambiaron las sabanas en toda la estancia....Yo creo que para el precio que se llega a pagar es más que razonable que estos detalles los puedan solventar lo antes posible. At midnight the night before I impulsively decided to see some friends in NYC for the night. The Radisson Lexington fit the bill perfectly in terms of price, location and services. Will definitely stay here again.

Due to cosmetics and up keep, in addition to the extremely small room( single queen hotel room), I felt uncomfortable. All of the staff was courtesy and professional at all times. The hotel was in the great location and walking distance from many places, Times Square, Empire State Building, Grand Central Station and tons of shopping.

This was my first time at this hotel and it was outstanding. The service was great and the atmosphere was comfortable. The room was warm and clean and had everything you needed. I recommend everyone to stay here if your in the city.

The hotel was modern and clean, the room was extremely small and cramped. The staff was not helpful at all in providing advice on attractions and dining etc, the staff also refused to provide an extra blanket when the room got a bit chilly

My recommendation would be to find another hotel. The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. I had to call maintenance at 10 pm because the toilet wouldn't quit flushing (i'm talking industrial toilet with the handle I push with my shoe), and the dresser drawer wouldn't close. Rooms are small, worn out, and my non-smoking room smelled like urine and cigarettes.

I was able to walk to Grand Central Station every day to take the train to my customer site. The proximity to everything is second to none. Interesting amenity set up with the hotel space but all was pleasant.

i took an order of three days firstly ,but i want to stay in NY longer ,then i took another tow days order when i sit in the lobby of radisson. i asked the manager whether i need to move to another room and i did not want to move , they told me:" no ,you needn't. "" are u sure" i asked again and given by the same answer. But when i came back to the […] room in the next evening ,somebody i don't konw open the door and told me he moved into the room in the morning. i worried about my Luggage ,but Radisson didn't sure where it was ,cause they could not connect with the cleaner with the key of cleaner's room. The old lady i didn't konw her name did not show patience and made me little angry.I had to move to another room ,and tole them give me a toothbrush. they said ok ,but no one gave me that before i call them again. The next moring ,the cleaner gave me a lardge plastic bag full of my goods,but there was a pair of socks not belong to me,the sock with smell, wow! how lucky i was! a pair of sock with smell. Had to make a last minute reservation in NYC, chose this hotel for location and for price. We found the staff to be very helpful, we were upgraded to a larger room which we appreciated. It was clean and comfortable.

This is our second time at the Radisson and hopefully it will not be our last. The location is great for us - easy to get downtown, uptown and to the West Side either walking or public transportation. The staff is very pleasant and helpful., The room was small but that is NYC! These matchbox rooms are okay if you won't be in there much and are solo. The Full bed would be tough for two used to a queen or better. Easy walk to Grand Central for Shuttle to Times Sq. Or you can walk 3 blks North for lines unavailable at Grand Central. Staff generally friendly.

The people at the Bellhop station were unfriendly and difficult to approach.

Wishing to find a nice hotel to stay with my girlfriend for a romantic stay in New York, we chose the Radisson for it's location and nice rooms. Sadly we where very disappointed on the second point. The room we where offered was supposedly a non smoking room but it smelled very strongly of smoke (a previous client, but it should be corrected before […] the next client comes...). And as a alternative the only possibility was a room over a night club and just in front of the ventilation of a fast food restaurant (so very strong smell of fried oil). construction was going on in the side entrance area leading to the starbucks...a little congested but manageable. rooms small but well maintained.pricing deal was good.

The hotel room was great for the amount we paid for it. My boyfriend and I stayed in a petite room. It was perfect for our short trip to Manhattan. If you are looking for an affordable and convenient hotel, this is the one for you. The only down side is that you do not get any frills that you may receive at other nearby hotels. My sister and her husband […] stayed at the W Hotel the same nights and had some extra amenities (a car that would take you where ever you needed with a reservation for free). For the price, this hotel is great. It is your typical sized hotel room for NYC although I have had much smaller!! The room furnishings were updated, although you can definitely tell it is an old building. Good value for the location.

You can hear the water running through the walls everytime someone in the surrounding rooms uses water. Kept me up all night long.

Stayed at the Radisson on Lexington and it represents a good value when they offer special rates. Rooms are on the small size so upgrade to Guest Room from Petite Room is recommended. Location is excellent.

Excellent location for business or tourism. I was doing both. Close to Grand Central, Rockerfeller center and central park. The price was unbelievable as well. Kudos to Hotels.com. They always come thrpugh for me.
