Comfort Inn Bethlehem

I arrived late, tired and hungry, but too tired to go to a restaurant. Front desk got me two slices of pizza from the bar area, even though their comp. snacks had ended for the evening. They were very friendly and helpful. Will stay again next time I am in the area.

In short, it's a dive. The hallways smelled of stale smoke; even though we had a non-smoking room. The room had an awful perfume smell, as though they were trying to hide the smell of smoke in a non-smoking room. we enjoyed our stay at this hotel,desk person was very nice.Also the breakfast was really good .We really enjoyed the bisquits and gravey.

Very warmly received. Room was ready. Asked for a roll-away & it was provided quickly. Breakfast was more than adequate & the breakfast area was roomy & arranged well. Room was comfortable.& well-stocked with towels.

Friendly Staff very helpful. a great value for the price

There were a few problems with my room which could not be fixed (air conditioning so cold I had to turn on heat, but it was not working.) The room was a little tired. There is a weird array of characters lining the entrance to the hotel. When I left at 8 a.m. the next morning, a guy was sitting out there having a beer. No food at the hotel and you can't […] walk to any of the nearby places (Perkins.) The staff at the front desk were nice as was the man who put out breakfast for the next morning. It was extremely inexpensive which is why I picked it but depressing for the reasons listed above. Leer más

We stayed at this hotel after attending a concert at Lehigh University. It wasn't exactly close to the college and in a weird spot of the main road. The sheets were clean, but there was a forgotten gnarly towel hung up in the closet and the drain in the shower did not drain. The complimentary breakfast had waffle maker, bagels, activia yogurt, etc. […] which was fine. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a place to crash for a night, but nothing more than that. Cheap, clean, good service.

It was very easy to get to the Comfort Inn and to Lehigh which is why I was there. The staff was very helpful and I loved that they had a gym which many of the other hotels in the area didn't have. They also have wireless which is great and for the price, you can't beat those things. My only complaint would be that the only businesses around are chains […] but at least its convenient. Leer más

We wanted a comfortable, quiet room where we could get a good night sleep in preparation for an overseas flight the next day. We were extremely pleased with this hotel. It more than met our expectations. It is very conveniently located, close to shopping and walking distance to restaurants.

Rented 5 rooms for family, all non-smoking. At least 3 of the rooms had moderate odor of smoke, and musty smell from air conditioning unit. Desk staff sent up ionizer that provided limited improvement. Will not stay here again.

Son goes to Lehigh University which is nearby. We always stay here when we come to visit and will continue to do so.

I was concerned about what I would find at this motel when I realized that I had made reservations at the wrong place, but I was very happy that I ended up at this Comfort Inn. I enjoyed the breakfast in the pleasant lounge with a nice view of trees. The staff was friendly, everything was clean and I was able to use the exercise room, which was supplied […] with towels and water cooler, several times. I used the site to find the hotel based on other reviews. It definitely exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, the staff was friendly and the price was excellent.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the interstate, but far enough removed to be quiet. Helpful staff and clean rooms! will use next year for my return trip there!

The stay was very satisfactory over all. The room had many conveniences such as a desk, lounge chair, wireless access, and more. My one complaint would be the lack of professionalism on the part of the hotel desk clerks. They were loud and seemingly unaware of great customer interactions - although they were polite.

It is very quite hotel and very good place to spend a night. The room is clean.

We were traveling to Bethlehem to attend a funeral and simply wanted a place close to the services, clean and inexpensive. The Good For the price, this hotel offers outstanding value. I travel frequently for business and often stay in expensive hotels in major cities. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the furnishings in this budget hotel were […] nearly as nice as what I see in luxary hotels (except for the laminate tops). Our large room was furnished with mahogany finished bureau, desks and nite stands as well as a mini fridge (unstocked) a microwave, and coffeemaker with all the fixings. The TV was basic but adequate. The bathroom was tiny and basic but clean. The sink is outside of the bathroom which I actaully think is convenient when two people are using the room. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating. We were travelling with my elderly mother-in-law and I knew there was no elevator. I asked if she could have a room on the first floor. The only thing available was a room with a king which was fine. We were given the room at the same rate as the less expensive rooms we booked. The difference was only a few dollars but it was a nice gesture nonetheless. The breakfast was more than I expected. In addition to bagels, muffins etc, there is also a selection of cold cereals and a self-serve waffle maker, juice and coffee. The Bad My wife complained that there were teenagers runing in the halls and making lots of noise in the middle of the night. I slept through it. It is difficult to hold a hotel responsible for the behavior of its guests. My wife did not call the front desk to complain so we don't know how they would have responded if given the opportunity. So I didn't downgrade the hotel for this in my ratings. Keep in mind this is a budget hotel and it will attract a different crowd than you are likely to find at an expensive luxary hotel. My stay was perfect. The front desk staff was excellent and extremely helpful. I had some questions regarding shopping in the area and she took the time to draw me a map and give me a print out of just what I was looking for. The room was clean, very comfortable and had all the ammenities as advertised. The only negative comment I could make is that […] the heat unit was a bit noisey. The room and bathroom were small, but very clean and comfortable. I liked the abundance of pillows, and the accessibility to the nearby restaurant. The staff (front desk, dining area, housekeeping), were all very friendly and upbeat.

Hotel building is a little run down/unkept looking but the rooms were up to date, very clean and comfortable. The folks at the front desk were freindly and the complimentary breakfast was okay.

I selected this hotel because I like Comfort Inn, as a whole. This hotel met my expectations and my family really liked it. Nice place to stay. Good breakfast. Overall, very good place to stay.

When I made the reservation over the phone I requested a roll-away bed for my child. Once getting to my room I noticed that the bed wasn't there. I then went to the front desk and they told me that the bed was not included in the reservation. So, instead of appologizing they told me they told me, that will be an additional $10. I checked in around midnight […] with a tired child and it took them 20min to get the bed to my room. The beds were comfortable. However the couch was nasty. Good breakfast, wire less internet, fitness room, news papers avialable, good service. Bit noisy AC/heating system (does not automatically switch off at set temperture).

Hard to find due to bad road description, clean rooms, quite and still close to main road, but do not rely on IT services. Good breakfast. Close to many good restaurants.
