La ubicación súper, está cerca de los sitios de interés más importantes para los que vamos de vacaciones y tambien queda a unos pasos del metro y rodeado de buenos restaurantes. Unas instalaciones maravillosas, cómodas, aseadas y bien mantenidas. La atención ni se diga. Un equipo amable, profesional desde la señora que hace el aseo, los del restaurante y los del front desk. Mi familia y yo quedamos gratamente sorprendidos!!!

Muy buen hotel, ,impio, bonito, comodo y bien atendido, lo mejor es que esta a una cuadra del metro y a cinco del Zoologico nacional. Internet gratis y hasta se puede caminar hasta la casa blanca.

"Small Room but Great Staff"
The rooms are quaint. Nothing special but did have a nice tv. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and the hotel does have a lot of character and history. It is also right next to the metro so it's easy to get around.

"grand old hotel, updated and in fabulous shape"
Lots of famous people including the Beatles have stayed at the Shoreham. It's now updated and seems to be in very good shape. Everything was perfect -- especially appreciated the on location shoe-shine guy (I think his name was Tony?): super nice guy and the service really helped with wintery grime on the shoes. Recently stayed at the Omni Shoreham for a conference nearby. Upon a late night arrival, the staff were wonderful and friendly. The rooms are older, but updated and comfortable. "Great location, comfortable hotel"
It felt luxurious, but was reasonably priced (off-season, anyway). The hotel food was obscenely expensive, but who cares in a neighborhood with so many places to eat and rink? I would stay again.

"Omni Shoreham hotel has a great location"
We were pleased with the staff and the king bed room was very roomy.The only thing that was difficult was the bathroom was small. It was hard to enter due to the placement of the sink and door. We enjoyed our stay and had no problems getting around to see the city.
"Great service"
I had to be near a conference site, and chose Omni on that basis, but it turned out to be a great stay. I had taken a red eye and got in at 9am, but they let me check in early for no additional cost. They printed out my conference paper for me which saved me a trip to Kinko's on the metro, and didn't charge me when I had to check out a bit late due […] to a metro break down. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Not to mention that the room was very very comfortable and clean. There are about ten places to eat in the near vicinity, so it's great if you need to grab a quick bite. I highly recommend this hotel if you need to be in the NW quarter. "Omni Shoreham - a wonderful delight"
By coincidence, the hotel is the nearest to my daughter's place, so we went there "by accident." What a wonderful accident! Delightfully beautiful at Christmas-time, pleasant as all get out, and the quietest place I've stayed in for years -- all near the heart of DC. The rate wasn't the cheapest in town, but i cannot imagine a better value for our visit […] with our daughter than this place provided. Major kudos! Leer más

"Convenience is everything"
We had an early morning flight out of Baltimore so it's location is ideal. It's about 5 minutes from the airport. We didn't use any of the hotel amenities, but it was nicely decorated, clean, quality linens and quiet. We will use this hotel next time we are flying out of Baltimore.

The only drawback in our stay was the size of the bathroom in our room #844. A dressing table with a good mirror would add greatly to this particular room. Everyone we spoke with was extremely helpful and pleasant. The food in Robert's (onsite restaurant)was wonderful. Close to the Woodley Metro station. We would definitely stay here again.

What a great place for a weekend get-away. Wonderful neighborhood adjoining beautiful Rock Creek Park. Cordial and acommodating desk service. Beautiful spotless room. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Omni Shoreham, lovely big double queen bed room. Excellent room service for breakfast Impressive lobby, nice bar with affordable cocktails. Location near Metro, only 3 stops to downtown Washington.

I spent two days in this hotel and it was really good days. the location is very attractive, it is closed to the downtwon, Metro and hop on and hop off stops. i strongly recommend this hotel.
Staff really cared about our stay. Friendly curtious. Right by metro,.great park and running paths nearby. Would stay there anytime!
stayed two weekends. the first saturday we had a problem with the service in our room called the desk they acknowledged it corrected it and compensated us for the night because of the inconvienence. we appreciciated their professionalism and desire to make us enjoy our stay.great service and staff.

We came, with friends and family for a wedding. The same weekend, Values Voters/American Family Research Council was having its Presidential candidate endorsing convention. Huge Hotel & Conference Center, so if you want a romantic weekend it is not for you. Proximity to the Metro, Zoo and Trails excellent. Has a Starbucks in the hotel.

We booked this thinking it would be a quality 4 star hotel as advertised. We were disappointed to find out it is at best a 3 star! We were given a very small confined room and had to beg to change it. The new room was not much better, there is no view, the shower leaked, the tub was old and slippery with no rubber mats. This hotel was great, we got to our room and wanted something bigger and they accommodated us immediately. All of the employees were excellent with helping us with anything we needed. There was only two small issues that we had. One of the rooms we had happened to be close to something that was extremely loud VERY early in the morning. It wasn't a huge […] deal but missing your last hour of sleep isn't fun. Also we went to the bar in the hotel on Saturday night and the service was not friendly. The server did not understand English well and was very rude when we ordered. We tried to go directly to the bartender because we were having a small problem with the waitress and they would not serve us, he said we HAD to order through our waitress. I enjoyed my stay though it was really brief. My only issues were the room temp. and parking. We stayed at this first class hotel at a very reasonable rate and were treated like every other first class guest. (Not always the case when booking through third parties.) If you're visiting DC for business or pleasure this is a great choice. A little out of downtown, but right on a Metro line. Also, if you are a history buff you will find yourself wandering the lobbies and meeting rooms trying to imagine some of the historic events that have taken place here.
