Hemos estado alojados en este hotel hace apenas unos días. Nuestra primera vez en Nueva York y la verdad es que sin ninguna pega. El Hotel perfectamente ubicado, limpio, buen trato del personal y la habitación con todas las comodidades. La cama muy cómoda, algo de agradecer cuanto estás 12 horas al día caminando. Maquína de café y té a tu disposición todos los días en la habitación. A 2 minutos de Times Square y a 50 metros del edificio de oficinas del periódico The New York Times. Para repetir sin duda!

Hemos tenido una estancia completamente satisfactoria. El primer dia nos dieron una habitacion de uso individual, por lo que la mañana siguiente pedimos un cambio, y nos ofrecieron un upgrade gratis a una king size. Siendo una habitación mucho mejor que la otra, pudimos comprobar que la calidad de la pequeña es igual que la superior. Las habitaciones de este hotel son pequeñas en general, pero el estado de las mismas es muy bueno. Los colchones son geniales. El mobiliario es justo. Tiene plancha y tabla de planchar, y caja fuerte. Las instalaciones comunes son muy buenas, incluso ipads disponibles para el cliente, wifi gratis en el lobby, bascula para pesar las maletas antes de ir al aeropuerto, mesa de billar. Ofrecen servicio de transfer al aeropuerto privado, por poco mas que un taxi. Si vuelvo a NY no dudaria en volver a este hotel. Y el personal excelente, correctisimo y amable, dispuesto a ayudar dentro de sus posibilidades. No tengo ninguna queja en absoluto, a pesar de que he visto muchos comentarios negativos por internet en general para todos los hoteles. Esta claro que la gente tiende mas a criticar cuando las cosas van mal que cuando van bien. Los ascensores son muy rapidos y nunca tuvimos que hacer cola, aun estando en la ultima planta alojados. La ubicación magnifica, en pleno times square. Lo recomiendo sin duda alguna.

"Great location, very friendly and helpful staff"
So central to everything. We could walk to Central Park and the Theater District. Mary in the concierge service did a fantastic job getting us theater tickets. Will certainly stay here again. Highly recommended!

While the hotel was nice, the room was extremely small with very limited space for clothes, literally no drawer space at all and the cost of the room was very expensive. I think that during the holiday season hotels tend to take advantage of guests.

The Omni Hotel is the perfect location for theater, great food, shopping and taking in the sights like Rockefeller Center etc I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is polite and friendly, and the accommodations are great; but most of all, its location,location, location.

Got a very good rate from Hotels.com The housekeeping service was excellent. Our room was always serviced twice during the day. This hotel had the most comfortable bed and pillows that I have ever had in a hotel. I never wanted to get out of bed!! Great hotel, friendly staff. Would deffinately stay again.

This is one of my favorite hotel in NYC. It is located few blocks away from rockofeller center and central park. Most of my favorite stores are just few blocks away. The hotel is renovated nicely and the hotel personals are extremely nice and helpful:)

We initially booked another hotel for our stay in the city, but were only able to tolerate one night due to the awful quality of the accomodations. We found the Omni for an equivalent price and we were able to move... into what was FAR MORE than we would have hoped for. 5 star accomodations at a very reasonable price. first, the good news: great location. recently renovated. reasonably sized, clean, comfortable rooms. now my one complaint - did not like the wifi approach - free if you registered with them to be a "member", but a high per day charge if you didn't want to give them your email address. in today's world, wifi should be free with no strings attached.

We went to this hotel on our 1st anniversary and the staff had place a card and strawberries dipped in chocolate in the room when we arrived. Usually you tell hotels that you're going on a special occasion and they don't really do anything special. The hotel itself is very nice and located in a great spot. However, using Hotels.com will land you in the worst rooms they have in the hotel. There is a reason it's cheap. My shower was luke warm at best, my view was of an enclosed alley and the most special part....the room was directly next to the housekeeping closet where morning, day and night you […] could hear the cleaning staff talking in the lobby and opening and then letting that door slam what seemed like 10,000 times in the three days I was there. Just spent six nights in this hotel November 2011. Great location within walking distance of many attractions and 5th avenue shopping. Lovely hotel with friendly helpfull staff and if i return to New York i would not hesitate to book this hotel.

"Berkshire Place"
You can't beat the location. The rooms are comfortable and appropriately updated. There is something happening that you never really got hot water and the elevator and car valet service was extremely slow.

My son and I had a great stay - room was small but very nice and comfortable, location was perfect to shop, look at Christmas decorations, and go to Broadway shows. Have stayed here before and will stay here again. Rate was reasonable for holiday weekend.

I enjoyed my stay at the Omni, I really sweated this pick, since there were so many choices. We wanted a nice hotel, close to every thing, but wanted to be right outside the action. It was perfect, we stayed for, thanksgiving weekend, great location to see the parade, shopping galore, restaurants galore, bars galore, etc. Hotel was clean & comfortable, […] we drove in & that was effortless as well. If I had on negative comment, it would be the restaurant, you didn't get much to justify the cost, but there was so many choices, that wasn ' t a problem at all. I would definitely stay again.
