The hotel room was musty. The room, not comfortable at all. I woke up to 2 large-sized biting ants in the bed. I reported this to the front desk agent before I checked out prematurely, and was asked to fill out a complaint form, so that the Manager who was not on location would contact me at his soonest availability. He is apparently still unavailable to date. I have not heard or seen any form of communication since. I will never stay at this hotel again, the condition of my room and stay that night was absolutely appalling.

This room would have been a real find if it weren't for a toilet seat that was old and pealing and a shower curtain that had a couple of stains on it. The room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable. From my perspective, the two problems were more than offset be the savings of more than $100 over other motels in the area.

Everything in my room was wobbly and in a state of disrepair. There were also inexplicably a lot more electrical appliances than there were sockets, so I had to constantly plug lamps, coffee maker, and charger in and out. The only thing missing were the roaches, probably because this hotel is too inhospitable for them.

The room I was put in was nothing like any of the photos shown. It was in need of a good cleaning, the comforter, and blanket both had a 1 inch burn hole in them. I found ants crawling all over the bathroom floor. Then I discovered spider mites crawling on my arm one night. Every morning I woke up to a new insect bite on my arm or back. The continental breakfast was not much better, it worked as I am not too picky about that. The 100% non smoking policy is not enforced, my room smelled of smoke, every morning the hallway smelled of very bad marijuanna, not even high grade stuff. lol. I am a respectful smoker, so I went out on my patio when I wanted to smoke. Which was totally littered with literally 100's of butts from previous guests, and the people above me. Not a single ashtray/buttcan on the entire property for those that do follow the rules and go outside. The internet, however, was very good and reliable.

This is a convenient hotel to stay in if you are traveling through the area. The room was clean, everything worked well, and the price was very good. The continental breakfast was good too. And, it takes pets which was important to us. We've already stayed here twice. It's a good stopping point at a great price.

I booked this hotel for a trip to NYC during new years. I had read the bad reviews it's gotten and was a little scared. I was there for 6 nights and I have to say it was a great stay. The hotel is by means a high class hotel, but for the price it was a decent stay. Rooms were cleaned every day after lunch time which was great to sleep in after a late night. The hotel staff was nice and helpful. I loved that they served breakfast. It wasn't a full blown breakfast, but it was something none the less. Overall it was a great hotel and a great stay. I glad I decided to stay here instead of inside NYC at $300+ a night.

Hard to find, the room had no fridge, the sink in the bathroom was all cracked, the room was extremely small.

Its certainly nothing better than the advertised 2 stars. Its in need of updating. Everything in the room is old and you can see the wear and tear. A better breakfast than anticipated with fresh bagels, cereal, muffins, a juice machine, and an on demand coffee maker. The price could not be beat and I got exactly what I paid for. If you have high expectations, shell out some more $$ and stay elsewhere. If you need a cheap, quiet, safe place to rest your head, it will do.

Hotel appears to be resently updated. It is easy to get on and off of I-80. It is within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The service station right next door had the cheapest gas anywhere around. Staff was very accomodating.

I expected less and got "marriott" quality room. great bar and steak house on site!!

Upon checking in, they had a sign stating: "If smoking occurs in your room, you will be charged $75." The clerk at the front desk was rather impatient and somewhat standoffish. I don't understand why as I was the only other person in the room with her. I guess she was just having a bad day or something... Upon actually getting to the room my wife and I were just about knocked over with the stench of cigarette smoke. The bedsheets looked and felt like they had seen MUCH better days. The bathroom was in need of a major disinfecting. My wife was so appalled with it that she refused to use the toilet or the shower. Luckily, I have family in the area and we just used their facilities... I'll never stay there again... If you need a hotel in the area, I HIGHLY recommend the Sierra Suites Hotel. It is literally 3 minutes down the road from this one. I regret not knowing about it prior to booking this place, I would have gladly spent the extra $25/night...

Overall our expectations were met. However, on their web site they said they had a business center but upon arrival were told they didn't have one. We were told to use our lap top in our room, however, we don't have a lap top...

I was expecting worst, due to the other reviews given, for the money it exceeded what I was prepared myself for. The only thing that really was an inconvience for me was that the housekeeping guy every morning knocked at my door early to clean up the room. There were no DO NOT DISTURB signs to hang on the doors. When I go out for a little trip I love sleeping in, but other than that...It was an awesome place to stay.

For the price it was a decent stay. The room had a somewhat strange stale smell when we first got there but we opened the windows and the smell was gone immediately. Not a glamorous stay but for cost it was ok. Only other complaint is that there was no mini fridge in the room to keep some of my food fresh.

Low class Ramada, "icky" is the best word to describe the accomodations in my opinion...Was not overly pleased, but for the price it was a place to sleep

Hotel is in a good area and is in descent shape although the ice machine was always broken or empty. The service was ok but the breakfast was disappointing. For the price it is pretty good.

If you're just looking for a place to sleep (and save money), this place will meet your needs.

Even though the Hotel was not in the best of conditions, the price was very reasonable; the service staff was polite; and they offer free Wi-Fi and continental breakfast.

The hotel exceeded my expectations greatly. Its very clean and comfortable. Surrounded by an array of eateries and shopping. Would definitly re-visit.

many light bulbs were out, esp, the ones by bed. toilet was okay but the bath tub was peeling and there was a fly in the bathroom.

Room was good size and the price was right. The bath room needed to updated and the hall need to be picked up.

I stayed here for the weekend because I had to be in town for a wedding. It was a good mid-range, budget hotel. The staff was courteous, and I had no problems with check-in or check-out. The outside and hallways didn't look amazing, but our room was very nice, with a comfortable bed, a nice table and chairs, and clean bathroom. They have free HBO and a lot of channels, so the stay was overall very nice. The breakfast leaves a little something to be desired, but if you are in the market for a comfortable, clean room to stay in for not too much money, this is one I would reccomend.

The Ramada Limited in Parsippany was convenient to Route 80, and was easy to find. Lots of amenities nearby. The room exceeded expectations by having a bed that was more comfortable than some provided by much higher-priced chains.

From the reviews I read the hotel was acceptable if you are looking for a good value in that area. I was not expecting a fancy hotel but someplace for me to sleep comfortably and I did. I would go back if needed again, providing the price is about the same.

The bathrooms need to be updated to keep up with industry standard. Non-smoking rooms had smokey smells bed covers had burn holes. The overall hotel is nice. Complimentary breakfast was lovely.

We needed a hotel to stay in overnight. We were visiting our son who is attending Stevens Institute in Hoboken. We saw this hotel but we thought it was a little far. We decided to go with it anyhow. The directions we had threw us off a little. But when we saw the hotel we were relieved. We stayed at another hotel a couple years ago and it was a dump. We were very hesitate to book another hotel. My husband and I were extremely happy to see the room it was well worth what we paid for. The hotel was in good condition and was clean. The breakfast was good too. I would recommend this hotel.

the room is so small and weired color wall. and sliding door couldnt be closed so we should hear all noises from outside and couldnt block winds. and carpet was so filthy dirty. and I found some hairs on the blanket. Anyway, i don't want to recommand this hotel to anybody.

Overall the hotel was okay. the problems I had was the complimentary breakfast there were days not enough coffee or bagels. Every evening I returned to my room I had to get my key card re-programed annoying when you returned late and want to shower and sleep.Also the patio door couldn't be open without a fight,because the frame was bent and needed to be oiled.

This place was extremely dirt, the rooms reeked of cigarette smoke, the carpets were stained, and the bathroom had dirt encrusted to the floor. The lamp shades were cracked, the bed was not made, and the sheets also had stains on them. I would not reccomend this hotel to anyone.

Room was clean, but that was about it. The staff could care less.

Hotel in need of renovation. The continental breakfast was lame. However, all personnel at the hotel from the front desk to maid were VERY friendly and helpful.
