El hotel esta ubicado muy cerca del metro y es muy facil llegar a el. la zona no es nada linda pero teniendo las precauciones necesarias no pasa nada. las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y es necesario recordar que son mixtas y te puede tocar de todo. la basura nunca la sacaron solo van a limpiar cuando llega un huesped nuevo pero si los mismos chicos estan 5 dias y no llega nadie la basura nadie la saca y no limpian baño. Lleven donde cocinar si su intencion es ahorrar hay una parrilla pequeña pero no hay utensilios de cocina y te cobran mas der cien coronas por dia por una olla. si necesitan ahorrar y van solos es una buena opcion si son mas de dos juntos mejor reservar una habitacion del hotel y no del hostal.

El check-in en el hotel es a las 15:00 por lo que cuando abren hay mucha gente esperando acumulada en el hotel, una cola muy larga para hacer la entrada en el hotel. Tuvimos que esperar mucho. Por lo demás está centrico, limpio, habitaciones amplias, luminosas y ventinadas. Recomendable.

Estamos muy acostumbrados a viajar, pero nunca encontramos gente tan simpática en un hotel, se aplicaban para explicarte y ayudarte con todo, además las habitaciones están bien cuidadas y muy limpias aunque la nuestra era pequeñita, excelente relación calidad precio para un pais tan caro. Nos incluían el desayuno y un tentempie para cenar que en la práctica era una cena completa con dos platos y postre. La ubicación es excelente teniendo en cuenta que Oslo es una capital muy pequeña, está a 4 minutos andando de la estación de tren y de Karl Johann gate, todo puede verse desde allí andando excepto la zona de Bigdo que hay que tomar un barquito. Siempre un cesto con frutas en la entrada para llevarte en la mochila. En definitiva, es un hotel totalmente recomendable, no te equivocas si lo eliges.

"Great hotel, amazing Breakfast!"
Hotel was very clean, recently renovated and in a great location to all the sites. Most of all, we loved the breakfast - they had anything and everything you could want with a few great Norwegian dishes you could try. Definitely worth the stay just for the breakfast! We had a great stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They had excellent English. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room was well set out. Location was quite central. Lots of English films on the tv so no need to purchase extra movies if you feel like having a night in. "The cheapest hotel (not hostel) in city center"
Slightly worn rooms with full carpet and separate beds. In an more expensive room wooden floor, slightly more room space, and double bed available. No amenities apart from hair dryer + soap/shampoo. Nice addition to low-cost hotel like this was the possiblity to have "room service" from local pizza chain.

"Europa, Oslo Norway"
The hotel was in a good location. Its easy to get around Oslo with public transportation. Hotel staff were helpful and spoke good english. Our room on the 9th floor was warm but we opened the window at night. Overall we had an excellent stay. The rooms are small by American standards.
Very enjoyable stay. Breakfast was a bit different to what we were used to but all in all a very enjoyable stay. Would have liked the option of a swimming pool. Very friendly staff

Look at a map and you might be misled into thinking that this hotel is too far from Oslo 'attractions'. This couldn't be further from the truth - it is a very short walk from National Theatre T-Bahn station with direct express access to the airport and only a few minutes from the Royal Palace, the City centre and the harbour. My husband and I found this hotel a great spot to stay in Oslo. It is good quality, the breakfast buffet is very very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located just around the corner from the Radisson where the bus from the airport picks up and drops off from. It takes about 40 mins by bus to the airport. Originally we caught […] the Express train from the airport that takes 20 mins, but then had to get from the other end of town to the hotel. The bus is definitely the best option if staying at this hotel (and cheaper too). The hotel is about a 5 min leisurely walk to Karl Johans Gate and maybe another 5 mins to Aker Brygge. Enjoyed sunny w.end in this great city - Thon Europa is very convenient to trams, metro and harbour area. Good choice at breakfast and helpful staff. Oslo expensive but really worth a short break - dont expect to eat or drink too much!

This hotel has a fantastic location - 10-minute walk to all the major sights in Oslo. The staff are friendly, and breakfast is delicious. This is very good value for money in the very centre of town. I took the cheapest room, and it turned out to be recently redecorated and had a balcony with a nice view from the 7th floor. Also there's free wifi and a varied breakfast buffet. Full marks.

The price was right. The hotel is clean and staff pleasant. We had a bit of a mix up with rooms but we changed it and it was fine. The single beds tend to be quite small. Our first three nights in Oslo were at the Thon Hotel Europa, close to the centre of Oslo, and included a Saturday night. Our room was at the back, it was beautifully quiet and there was no problem with getting an early breakfast when we had an early train to catch. It's location directly adjacent to the tram line made it very convenient, but the advertising did not stress this aspect and we, unfortunately chose to take a cab from central station rather than go by tram. This unremarkable travelodge style hotel is located by a tram line, so the 20 min walk from the train station can be avoided. The nearest metro station is a 5 min walk. Everything was OK, but not a hotel for a romantic break. This is a business type hotel with no frills.

Overnattet 3 netter på standars dobbeltrom, en voksen og ett barn. Pluss: Sentral beliggenhet. Fikk et stille rom mot bakgård, supert når man reiser med barn. Følte vi fikk mye for pengene. Ok rom, god seng. God frokost. Minus: Lite bad, med liten dusjvegg, noe som førte til at nesten hele badegulvet ble vått ved dusjing. Kunn eogså gjerne hatt mer […] enn NRK 3 av barnekanaler. Tok noe tid å få sjekket inn og ut, på grunn av kø og kun en person på jobb. Men, totalopplevelsen under oppholdet var god, og vi kommer gjerne igjen! :) Leer más
Hotellet ligger sentralt til i Oslo sentrum. Men ved siste opphold kunne ikke betjeningen gi meg aviser da de ikke viste hvor de eventuelt befant seg. Skuffende!

"helg på hotell, helt greit"
er skuffet over at det stod det skulle være kombinert dusj/badekar, det var kunn dusj. Hadde gledet meg til og legge meg i badekar, og de i resepsjonen kunne ikke hjelpe meg og få et rom der det var badekar - for de viste ingenting. Ellers var alt fint
