MUY RECOMENDABLE, LA UBICACION PERFECTA, A UN PASO DE LA ESTACION CENTRAL DE TRENES, CAMINANDO CON MALETAS SIN PROBLEMA. CERCA DE LOS BUSES TODOS, CAMINANDO CERCA DE MUCHOS PUNTOS INTERESANTES EN LONDRES. COMODO, LIMPIO, LA ATENCION DE RECEPCION Y CONCERGE MUY BUENA. EL DESAYUNO ESTA INCLUIDO Y ESTA DELICIOSO.

Se encuentra a una distancia mayor del aeropuerto que la anunciada sin embargo el taxi no es tan caro, (alrededor de 7 libras) del hotel al aeropuerto y el hotel cuenta con una linea directa para comunicarse con el taxi por lo que llega bastante rapido. El hotel ofrece tambien servicio de shuttle con cargo extra pero a partir de 2 personas es mas conveniente tomar el taxi. El hotel esta bien para pasar una noche en espera de vuelo al dia siguiente, nada mas, porque no tiene mayores comodidades y se encuentra muy lejos de las atracciones de Londres

Stayed here with friends on a visit to see the christmas festivities etc. A most enjoyable stay all round. Great location, will use this hotel again. Good breakfast too.

The location was perfect for staying in London - right next to the tube station for Picadilly, District, and Circle lines which take you anywhere you need to go in the city. Great location, nice hotel with friendly staff and good rooms. Gloucester Road Tube access along with several good restaurants and a grocery store across the street. Recommend this for families visiting London. Natural History Museum, Science museum and others just down road within walking distance.

"Perfect for a family with young kids"
Location was just by the Gloucester tube stop - extremely convenient for getting around city -- although many sites are within walking distance of the hotel.. Hotel had 2 double beds in the room so a family of 4 could stay in one room. Hotel was clean and modern. Staff was pleasant. Lovely grocery store across street from hotel in a shopping center […] and plenty of economical if not find dining options avail within a block or two. I was disappointed with overall service. We hardly had anyone help with our baby's stroller when coming inside the hotel from outside. Also, on first day, housekeeping decided to skip cleaning our room. The reason given to me as I was shocked when we returned later that night was that because we checked in this morning the service would begin next day! […] Also, the room was not wi-fi, wireless ready and my laptop did not work at all. I had to go in the lobby downstairs for it to work. They did not try hard to resolve the problem. The hotel was just a bit down the road from the Gloucester Station. Hotel staff was always extra helpful and friendly. Would definately stay there again. The only negative I found was the bed was a little hard, but not a big deal when you don't even spend much time in your room. "Great check-in and amazing upgrade"
We checked in at midnight, delayed 12 hours by the airlines, and were met by a professional, sympathetic front-desk employee, who gave us an upgrade to a beautiful 2-story suite. What a great experience! Made our airline inconveniences enroute worthwhile! This now will always be our hotel of choice in London.

We enjoyed our stay in your hotel . Everything was very good, but we thought that the overall price of our stay could have included breakfast as the full price we paid. More than covered this extra cost.

All in all a nice hotel, very good Italian style pizza place across the street. Main pet peeve that just killed the experience though ... house keeping. Check into the room, there is a used bath towel next to the desk, another bath towel that was not folded in the bathroom, and the bathroom trash had not been emptied. If housekeeping isn't attentive […] to detail, I wonder if the rest of the staff is. We loved this hotel. Clean and in a brilliant location (just round the corner from the Natural History Museum) If only my little boy had slept past 6am it would have been perfect. . If you want to visit London and can do it cheaper then good for you. But if you want a nice hotel in the perfect location this is the thing.

Excellent location in Kensington and hotel in suberb condition. I'm sure we were unlucky but our small room was pretty grim. The windows were hazed as they looked onto a wall...this made the room feel like a basement cupboard during the sunny days of our stay. Very spacious rooms in a modern setting. Everything was very clean and in excellent condition. Bathrooms are lovely but lacking shelf space. My only negative is that interaction with the front desk staff was quite impersonal and not particularly friendly.

The Crowne Plaza Kensington in London was very clean and comfortable. The location was ideal with a tube station was just one block from the hotel where we also caught a hop-on, hop-off tour bus. Within a few blocks of the hotel there was a laundromat, small grocery stores, restaurants, a post office and a Boots drug store. My husband went for a run […] each morning in Hyde Park which was located a few blocks behind the hotel. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and would highly recommend it to friends. This is a very nice hotel in a great location. It is close to many attractions and has a Tube station right across the street. The restaurants in this neighbourhood are quite decent, too. The neighbourhood is nice and many things are within walking distance. The hotel is modern inside and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.
