Céntrico, buen desayuno, habitaciones reformadas recientemente. Personal amable. Habitación un poco pequeña y no funcionaba el wifi en la habitación aunque sí en el lobby y gratuitamente. Hotel recomendable.

Muy buen hotel, cuatro estrella, muy nuevo y en perfecto estado.Tiene gimnasio y aparcamiento.La única crítica sería respecto a su ubicación, pero tampoco es nada problemático, puesto que hay una estación de metro (linea directa al centro) a escasos 600 metros del hotel. Hotel muy recomendable.

Estuvimos 3 noches en Agosto de 2011 en el Steigenberger Hotel Hamburg y nada más hacer el check in notas que es un Hotel diferente, donde el cliente es lo primero y recibe un trato exquisito. El personal de recepción es muy cualificado y muy atento. Cualquier contratiempo lo resolvían sobre la marcha. El Hotel está muy bien situado para ir caminando a cualquier parte del centro de Hamburgo. Solamente se echa de menos WI-FI gratuito en las habitaciones y un set de baño más completo para ser un Hotel de 5 estrellas.

Este hotel está bastante bien ubicado, cerca del Ayuntamiento, St. Michel y St. Paulí, aunque en una zona tranquila, mezcla de oficinas y residencial. Muy bien cuidado, espaciosa habitación, muy limpia por cierto. Estuvimos muy bien en este hotel y lo recomendamos.

Hohenfelde es un distrito residencial en la orilla oriental del Alster por el que discurre el hermoso canal de Kuhmühlenteich. Entre los lugares de interés, se encuentran la iglesia neogótica de St Gertrude, construida en ladrillo rojo, y la enorme piscina de Alsterschwimmhalle. Una gran parte de este distrito quedó destruido durante la guerra, pero la histórica Apotheke de Kuhmühle resistió y muchos otros edificios de estilo art nouveau y gótico han sido restaurados.

"Nice hotell but expencive parking"
The hotell is located about a 10min walk from the Hbf. On the way there are plenty of shops and restaurants. The only negative thing was the price of the parking.

"The hotel is fine."
The hotel is ok. Its situated nearby a bus station and it takes 10 min. to the city center. It is quiet, the entry is very appealing and the service is very good. We had some troubles with the room though, the aircondition did not work and still made sound from outside the room so i couldn't sleep. They tried to resolve the problem but it didn't help […] much, so i found a solution finally. The aircondition never worked (nor heating, nor cooling), in the bathroom the showercurtain had to be replaced as the former one smelledl which was done without problems. unfortunately the ventilation in the bathroom did not work (no windows) and it was quiet wet. the bathroom (toilet) was not completely clean. the room size is ok, the bathroom is bit small for 2 persons, but it works. service is very nice, breakfast was fantastic. "Not bad, would not recommend for children"
Not a bad hotel. Maybe not for children as the pool is very small (picture on the website is quite deceiving) and the people were not shy about showing their bodies, all of their body. "Best beds and sleep ever"
This hotel makes a big deal about the quality of sleep, and they live up to it. It has great pillows, sheets and pillow cases, and we sleep as good as at home. Everything else was great, but for the high quality of sleep, we will return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza, the rooms were very nice, comfortable and clean, the hotel is situated in a nice area, close to the water and only a 15 minute walk into the main area of the City and the staff were very helpful which made our whole stay a very enjoyable experience

Ich war schon einige Mal in diesem Hotel und mittlerweile merkt man, dass das Hotel in die Jahre kommt. Der Komfort und der Service stimmen zwar nach wie vor, aber die Einrichtung zeigt hier und da normale Abnutzungserscheinungen. "Skønt hotel"
Vi havde kun en enkelt overnatning, men var meget tilfredse. Fine værelser, rolig beliggenhed men alligevel kun en kort gåtur fra Centrum. Morgenmaden var SUPER! Det eneste lille minus var, at vi havde bestilt et rygerværelse men da vi ankom fik vi et ikkeryger og der var ikke mulighed for at få rygerværelse. boblebad og morgenkåber på værelset??? ej vel der var et gammelt og ikke ret stort badekar, værelset var ret lille, nok mest fordi der var broklet et ret stort skrivebord ind på det. spa og dampbad... det er har de godt nok, men..... det skal du da lige betale ekstra for at bruge!? swimmingpool, vandet var ca. 15 gr. og spræng fyldt med klor, dessuden […] var området lejet ud til en børnefødselsdag. omklædning krævede at du havde medbragt 1 euro til skabe.... det havde da været rat at vide! godt hotel til god pris - beliggenhed god og stille og roligt. Pænt og nydligt hotel, dog er parkeringsafgift meget høj - 21 euro for 15 timer.
"Dejligt hotel i Hamburg tæt på City."
Vi var der i efterårsferien med vor datter på 12 år. Hotellet ligger i et beboelseskvarter, men alligevel kun 10 minutter i bus fra Hovedbanegården og city. Perfekt til en løbetur rundt om Alster. Meget serviceminded betjening og super morgenmad. Vi vil også benytte hotellet næste gang.
There was a lot of info on notes around the room, but if you dont understand German its difficult to understand.. The need to put it in English also. Staff in the reception was very helpfull and in English.

"Long weekend"
Most of all it was an pleasant stay. Everything was great except to that the breakfast you have to pay extra for, on this hotel and parking too. Nice people in reception and the hotel bar. Bra hotell på gångavstånd till Hauptbahnhof och till Alstersjön. Sköna sängar, fin spa avdelning med relativt stor pool. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter runt hotellet.

Für den Preis, den wir gezahlt haben unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Sehr freundliches Personal, gratis Schwimmbad, Super Zimmer, geniale Lage. Hat wirklich alles gestimmt!

Mycket prisvärt och bra standard på hotellet. Ligger ca 20 min promenad från cetnrum - Hauptbahnhof. Bra omgivning och möjlighet för parkering om man kommer med bil. Frukost med ett bra och lagom stort utbud. Trevlig personal som även pratar bra engelska.

Super placering 10-15 min gang fra hovedbanegården. Hotellet ligger i et rigtig godt lokalområde med et stort udvalg af restauranter - med rimelige priser - og små lokale butikker. Altså storbystemning lige uden for døren. Hotellet har en høj standard med super lækker morgenmad og udmærket poolområde. Kan absolut anbefales.

Il personale dell'hotel e' stato sempre molto disponibile e cortese fornendo tutte le indicazioni necessarie. I taxi stazionano spesso all'ingresso dell'hotel che si trova a pochissimi minuti dal centro storico e non sono assolutamente cari. Das Hotel Crowne Plaza in Hamburg liegt sehr Zentral nicht weit vom Bahnhof. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und der Service ist Top. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber.

"Tolles Hotel, saftige Zuschläge"
Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Gleich in der Nähe gibt es viele Kneipen und Restaurants und natürlich die Alster. Trotzdem ist das Hotel sehr ruhig gelegen. Bei Zusatzdienstleistungen z.B. Frühstück, WLAN stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr.

Das Crown Plaza ist ein sehr schoenes Hotel. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Das Fruehstueck war sehr gut, Preis/Leistung waren hervorragend und auch die Lage ist sehr schoen. Innerhalb weniger Minuten ist man in der Langen Reihe, einer Strasse mit vielen sehr schoenen Restaurants und Kneipen.
