Muy buen hotel, cuatro estrella, muy nuevo y en perfecto estado.Tiene gimnasio y aparcamiento.La única crítica sería respecto a su ubicación, pero tampoco es nada problemático, puesto que hay una estación de metro (linea directa al centro) a escasos 600 metros del hotel. Hotel muy recomendable.

El hotel cuenta con personal eficiente, amable, educado. Yo tuve que dejar la habitación antes de las 04h de la mañana porque debía viajar a otro país y ellos a esa hora ya tenían preparado para llevar, el desayuno que incluye el precio. La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda y por supuesto muy limpia, me gustó el detalle de los dulces. Su ubicación es accesible con el centro de la ciudad a donde se puede llegar caminando. Yo recomiendo este hotel a otros viajeros.

Despues de haber visitado 5 hoteles en 5 ciudades puedo decir que este por diferencia es el mejor: habitaciones de autentico relax y comfort parada de metro a dos pasos servicio excelente de todo el personal del hotel Recomiendo este hotel a todos los visitantes a Hamburgo

El centro de Hamburgo se halla emplazado junto al lago Alster interior, a 1 km de distancia del distrito del puerto y la lonja, que está siendo renovado actualmente. El comercio se concentra en Mönckebergstrasse y Neuer Wall. Entre las varias torres que dominan la ciudad se cuentan la enorme torre del ayuntamiento y las de las iglesias de St Peter, St Jacob, St Nikolai y St Michael. El hotel está muy bien y muy céntrico. La ubicación es estupenda. Las habitaciones son grandes y están impecables. El único problema que hubo fue que habíamos reservado dos habitaciones y nos las adjudicarón totalmente alejadas una de la otra. El hotel es muy grande. Quisimos cambiarlas y no hubo manera pues decían que estaba completo.

We had a great stay here with our two teenage children. Lovely breakfast, swimming pool, very close to the tube station and the swinging centre of town, and as we were there at Christmas, it was great to have a small Christmas market right in front of the hotel. A taxi to the airport is about 25 euros.

Older but well kept hotel. The breakfast was good but they had not enough seats in the resteaurant, so we were placed in a meetingroom without any windows = not good! Seems to be the usual procedure as the hotel is very popular.

Very comfortable room in a great location. Property seems brand new. Good breakfast and good friendly service in the restaurant. Their front desk needs some serious training in customer service. You are treated as a commodity to be clinically dispensed with. Second time at this hotel, fantastic location for shopping, sightseeing, lake and boat trips. Hotel comfortable and clean, did not eat at the hotel. The pool, gym and sauna areas spotless and plenty of equipment. You will not be disappointed if you check in to the Marriott.Breakfast buffet was great.All staff were extremely friendly.Sauna and pool free of charge to guests was great.Hotel is very central to all shops and walking distance to the station.

This was a centrally located hotel with helpful staff. We travelled as a family with a 1 year old and the hotel staff bent over backwards to ensure our stay was comfortable. The hotel pool and spa was lovely and the restaurant was also very good.

This is a very comfortable hotel with good clean and spacious rooms. The only downside is the expensive internet access. Its about time time this was made free for buiness customers. Well positioned, although can be noisy in the morning due to its central location.

Pleasant staff, great location, typical 4 star standard. The restaurant was good value for money. Although we didn't get bathrobes in our room as we did at the Renaissance, which is also a good alternative for Hamburg. However general standard of the hotel was a bit better at the Marriot.

Very nice hotel - good service nice and smiling staff. Don't order coffee from the room service unless you like a really, really strong cup of coffee and no milk. I have to get used to the concept that you have to pay for TV - I have no problems paying for internet or movies, but.... Very good neighborhood shops, cafes, restaurants

The hotel was nicely located within the centre of Hamburg, and close to some nice bars and restaurants. The pool and spa area was very clean and nice. Breakfast buffet was of a high standard, good service, and champagne at breakfast! Car parking was convenient, but 24 Euros for 24hrs.

Schickes Innenstadt Hotel in toller Lage. Pool könnte etwas wärmer sein. Wirlpool war außer Betrieb. In der Hotelbar gibt es super Cocktails zum schmalen Preis in der Happy Hour von 17.00-20.00.

"Bedste beliggenhed og bedste hotel i Hamburg"
Hvis man går efter høj hotel-standard med alle faciliteter og byen "rundt om hjørnet" er Hotel Marriott det rigtige valg. Eneste lille minus er parkeringsprisen (kælderparkering) - den kunne godt være lavere for hotelgæster.

"Mariott, godt udgangspunkt for shopping"
Ideelt hotel lige midt i shopping området. Godt udgangspunkt for julemarked i december og generelt en meget høj standard. Rigtig lækker buffe og lækker pool. Kan anbefales til familier med børn også.

"Super beliggenhed i indre by tæt på Messehalle."
Personalet er utroligt dårlige til at henvende sig. Dørmanden kom først efter vi havde slæbt bagage og barnevogn ind i lobbyen og gentagne gange måtte vi gå op i baren og bede om mad og drikke. Min rejsemakker fik madforgiftning sidste aften og derfor trak de regningen på vores middag fra den sidste aften fra på eget initiativ. Vi var måske uheldige... […] Vi havde ellers et rigtig fint ophold med gode værelser og et utroligt sødt personale. De var virkelig utroligt søde. Hotellet ligger super godt i indre by og med ca. 15 min. gang til Messehalle og jeg kan stadig anbefale det. Leer más

Das Hotel liegt in sehr zentraler un dennoch ruhiger Lage in der Nähe von Jungfernstieg und Hanseviertel.

В целом отель понравился, детям понравился бассейн, в номере все необходимое есть, только почему-то халатов не было и как мне показалось был маловат номер. Питание не заказывали в отеле, питались в немецкой сети питания Блок Хаус(сразу напротив отеля)-лучшей говядины, индейки […] и мороженого ничего не ели(очень рекомендую) и отель тоже рекомендую(цена соответствует качеству) . Sehr freundlciher Enpfang und kompetenter Concierge; Service beim Frühstück und in der Bar super. Executive Lounge war nicht bereit und bedarf einer Renovierung; Dame am Frühstücksempfang war sehr unfreundlich.
