excelente, un poco solitario por la noche

el hotel esta alejado del centro, pero si se desea ver la parte europea es ideal. nos alojaron en una hab. tripe panta 12, las vistas son buenas, aunque la insonorizacion es un poco defectuosa, se oyen ruidos de la circulacion. tb. decir que al no poder abrir ventanas la ventilacion en una hab. tripe escasea. el personal del hotel fue amable, y al ser […] españoles pudimos comunicarnos perfectamente ya que sus empleados hablan español. de la comida no podemos opinar ya que no hicimos uso del hotel , solo para domir añadir que la parada de metro esta muy cerca y para desplazarte por la ciudad es muy facil. resumiendo, el hotel no esta mal, lo aconsejo Leer más

Lo único malo fue el ruido por algo fuera del hotel, quizá compresores del Aire Acondicionado y que resulta muy desagradable el paso entre la estación del metro y la entrada del hotel, es sucio y oscuro. Por lo demás está todo bien.

Genial!!! Muy bien situado en el barrio Europeo, pero a pocas paradas del centro! Buenas camas y relación calidad precio genial!

They charge 27Eur for a very basic breakfast

We were very pleased with our room and the beuatifully served breakfast. The hotel had a nice location from which to explore the EU quarters and Brussels. The friendly staff of the hotel made our 3-night-stay a wonderful experience!

It would help if the Concierge spoke english (Male Manager). The Female British Concierge was a Savior. Thank You.

Although a little dated & in need of a refurb. The hotel was clean & comfortable. If travelling by Train, It is simple, with the station right by the hotel. You can take metro trains from hotel to the city, just 3 stops, or walk it in under 30 mins. All in all, a pleasant stay & good value hotel.

Hotel is beside a major building site and railway line - this makes for a very noisy stay. Room ok but a bit dated. Front desk staff brusque - clearly little interest in guests There are far more friendly hotels with better rooms and facilities to be found nearby in the same price range. I won't be back.

Personel of this hotel was not pleasent to us, seems to me, the don't appriciate business. Good location just above metro station.

As a Crowne Plaza Hotel, i expected the hotel service to be better. We were told that the day tour can only be booked if we go to Tourism Office. (not true) Have to book at a local tour agency. We were given an upgrade to a business room as we were traveling with a child and needed an extra bed. It was a nice spacious room. Internet charges are a little steep though: EUR19.95 per day or EUR6.95 per hour.

Not great value for money. Tired rooms with furnishings in desperate need of upgrading. Not to the standard that one would expect from a hotel at this price point and rating. On the plus side. Conveniently located close to the metro. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The only benefit to this hotel is its location. My room was extremely tired and was in urgent need of refurbishment. They forgot to give me soap! And all the rooms on my floor had no internet service, despite my willingness to pay for it. Not a great experience overall. I would only stay here again for the location and if I got a very good offer.

Room was comfortable and contemporary, Only downside was I could not get the fixed line internet to work.

The Crowne Plaza is in a clean area of the city albeit next to a vacant building site. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient and willing to help out with maps and there was a concierge to assist with bookings although we did not avail of this service. The room was massive as was he bed. The bathroom was standard fare for a 3* and to be honest […] we expected less. The hotel is in very good condition and has secure parking beneath with it's own entrance stairwell. The metro is very close and will get you into the centre in around 10 minutes. Very efficient. Very little we can say other than good things and we'd recommend this hotelto anyone and definitely stay there again, should he need arise. Leer más

Great hotel with very welcoming and friendly staff. Rooms are superb especially at the terrific rates we have managed on both of our visits. Surroundoing area is ideal for the EU buildings and a 15 min walk into the magnificent centre of Brussels.

Don't stay in room 114 - there is a noisy aircon vent right outside the window. Also as of Oct 2010 there is a new building site next door which starts work at 6:30.

We stayed here one night, the hotel's parking is a little hard to get to as it's on a one way street, so if you miss it initially you have to go around the block to get back. Check-in was no problem, our hotel room was in okay-good condition, the furniture has clearly seen better days but they did the job. Bed was comfy and bathroom was clean. The hotel […] is about a 15 walk to the city, or alternatively there is a subway station about 50m from the hotel. We didn't have breakfast here so can't comment. Near the metro station,very simple,efficient and quik transportation to the centr of the city and oll important cights

The hotel was not up to U.S. Crowne Plaza standards. We felt like we were staying at a Hotel 6! When we checked in and went to our room, the carpet was very diry and had holes in it. The funiture was torn up and the temperature control in the room was not working. We requested to be moved and was moved to another room which was slightly better, but […] still not up to standard. We requested to be compensated for our inconvenience by providing us with breakfast in the hotel but they refused. The only thing they offered my party was a drink from the bar. Being that we do not drink, that was unsatisfactory. Their attitutde was they didn't not care since the room was prepaid and we could not get out money back. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Best situated for the governmental business area, which are mostly reachable on foot. Not such a bad thing considering the notorious traffic jams gridlocking the area. So its prices are not as high as equivalent hotels, because its not situated in the more cultural areas. The Crown Plaza Europa Hotel, conveniently located a stone's throw away from the city center, is the absolute best choice for a quick getaway to Brussels. Friendly staff, luxurious rooms, and beautiful surroundings make up for an overall grade-A experience! Highly recommended

This hotel was great for the money. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. If you're visiting Brussels on the weekend, please know there is a "No car Sunday" law-and this is strictly enforced!!

This hotel is great! Staff were very helpfull, the whole hotel is beautifully decorated and the food is fantastic (a bit priced though).

Pleasant room, very big and comfortable. Free Wifi would had make it perfect. Comfortable bed, the only thing was that it was dusty when I got there, but not a deal breaker.

Rien a redire Hotel trés correct pour le prix demandé pour ce séjour. je le recommanderai trés fortement. Personnel trés accueillant et souriant.

Pulizia perfetta, stanza spaziosa e molto confortevole. Stazione metro a pochi passi.

Ikke særligt venligt receptionspersonale. Boede på 16 etage, hvor en motor på taget kørte døgnet rundt. Irriterende. Centralt beliggende ved EU komplekset. Metro få meter fra hotellet. 16 etage kan IKKE anbefales

belle et spacieuse chambre, salle de bain avec tout confort et accessoire plutot haut de gamme. Une bouilloire avec du thé et des gâteaux sont fournis, télé dans les chambres te minibar. Tout le confort et tout l'espace été assuré. A refaire

Die Hotelangestellten waren sehr nett und haben uns Familie mit 3 Kindern zwei Doppelzimmer mit Verbindungstür umgehend zuwiesen. Allerdings sprachen die Hotelangestellten kein Deutsch, dafür 5 andere Sprachen

Hotellet som sådan var rigtig godt, men alt kostede ekstra, lige fra internet til morgenmad.

Meget tilfreds med opholdet. Jeg var der med mine 2 veninder og brugte derfor ikke hotellet så meget. Roomservice var hurtig, men morgenmad B'fast var MEGET kedelig.Tilgengæld blev vi opgraderet til et bedre værelse. Hotellet ligger meget tæt på Maelbeck metro-stop og man kan gå ind til centrum på ca. 20 min. Hotelpersonalet var meget behjælpelige.

Goed hotel met alle voorzieningen op een gunstige ligging van de Europese vergaderlocaties.

Otelle ilgili tek sorun ana yol üzerinde olması ve Brüksellilerin polis kortej nedeniyle sık sık siren çalmaları sanırım arka odala çok gürültülü ve çam yatlıtım sistemlerinde sorun var. Metronun hemem üzerinde şehirdeki tüm noktalara ve hava alanına ulaşım metro ve trenle çok rahat Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımcı
