"Good place to stay"
This is a nice hotel and a reasonable place to stay. Personell is friendly and helpful. I would come back if I came to Brunei again.
"Okay hotel in a good location"
You can tell that this hotel once was quite nice. The lobby is spacious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and fairly central. The rooms are a little dated though and there were lots of tiny ants in the bathroom.

Overall very pleasant and satisfactory. No problem with early check-in (flight arr. ex London 9.30am) and late check-out following day (6.00p.m.). Exceptional service from Reception Manager when I could not have a meal in the coffee shop after checking out, due to lack of tablespace -(Ramadan evening buffet taking over restaurant). Was taken to Signature […] Floor and provided with coffee shop menu in Club Members lounge. Full marks! Only slight aggravation was not knowing that I had to pre-book airport transfers , Avis being the hotel's agent. These cost $23.00 and $29.00 respectively. Therefore rather hot and steamy wait at airport for xfer to hotel the morning I arrived until Hotel could organise. Very helpful Tourist Information staff at arrivals hall kiosk assisted me in this. Information on hotel website re airport transfers would be beneficial . (Had expected some sort of Hotel transport to be available at airport as in other cities.) One bonus - free transport arranged by hotel in a/c car to The Mall - big shopping centre , 3 times per day. Would recommend this hotel to freinds. Leer más

"Radisson Hotel Brunei Darussalam"
This is a well run, efficient hotel with excellent service. Check in was smooth and quick. The rooms are standard hotel rooms and we had problems with the AC...our room was like a freezer. However, once the staff were notified we were moved to a new room and they could not be more accommodating. You get free internet in your room and free use of the […] business centre for scanning, printing and internet usage. There is a pool, which you can comfortably swim in and a good size gymn. The buffet breakfast and evening meal was reasonably priced with excellent choices and quality of food served. The staff were excellent. We had a late flight and were given a free late check out at 6pm - no humming or haying just granted the checkout with a big smile. "The Radisson Hotel in Brunei"
Nice hotel. No complaints on any services provided. More food options and a convenience store in hotel would have been nice for business travelers.
"Little competition but still tried hard to please"
There's little to choose from in Brunei but the Radisson still offers good value. All the staff are really attentive, friendly and helpful. None of the 'manana' attitude that is so common in Brunei. These guys want to help.

The Radisson Brunei is in a very good location close to downtown BSB. The hotel staff is very nice, and helpful. I would stay here again.

Delighted to find we were allocated a room on arrival in spite of the early hour of the day. Our room, the standard category, was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff we met were all friendly and service was efficient. Pleasant restaurant and nice pool area, although small as this is a city hotel rather than a resort. L'hotel non corrisponde alle ottime carettiristiche pubblicizzate. La camera è da tre stelle scarse. il personale è però estremamente gentile e disponibile
