Por lo que pagas recibes una habitación cómoda con estacionamiento gratuito y con la cercanía del aeropuerto, además de que tiene shuttle gratuito al mismo. Es para pasar una o dos noches.

Muy buen servicio, amabilidad y atención. El desayuno muy adecuado, el tamaño de habitación corresponde al costo. La ubicación cerca de las estaciones de tren y paradas de autobuses es magnífica. Volvería a hospedarme aquí.

El servicio y las instalaciones son excelentes. Para mí fue totalmente una comodidad, pues por el exceso de equipaje que traía, tan solo tuve que caminar unos cuantos metros, dejar el equipaje en el cuarto y salir a disfrutar de la ciudad de Vancouver. Gracias!!

Por la localización es recomendable. Mucha gente por las noches en los bares de la zona (el propio hotel tiene uno en la planta baja) lo cual genera ruido. La habitación es pequeña y las cortinas no cierran completamente, por lo que no oscurece completamente y la iluminación del exterior molesta para dormir (habitación 235).

"Will not be staying at the Empire Again"
The staff was rude and not happy to greet any customers at all. It was almost like the guest were interupting they're clearly not busy day. The hotel and rooms are in dire need of updating. The ceiling in the hotel room had water damage and wall paper was pealing off the walls. The parking garage was something out of a horror movie. Did not feel safe […] getting into the parking lot let alone walking through the lot to get back to the hotel elevator. "Great"
I went there with my best friend and had a superb time!! Hotel had great views and was very comfortable. Only criticism would be that the cloud 9 restaurant was overpriced for the quality of the food. Views however were amazing so go for a drink!!

"Perfect Central Downtown Location"
I found the hotel to be a great central location downtown on Robson. Easy walking distance to the water, its restaurants, and neighboring sights. The room is a little dated; but the view is great, and those beds are soooo comfortable. Great water pressure, not much on the air ventilation in the bathroom. Not bad a price for what you got!

"magnificent view!"
We had a room on the 31st floor with magnificent view of downtown Vancouver, Stanley park, and the water. We watched the fog roll out to the sea during the break of dawn and the sunset from our room. Very happy with the room, the hotel, and the good deal we had through hotel.com even though we booked a couple of days in advanced.

it's in a very convenient location, with korean and japanese restauarants on your left, and western food on your right, you can walk to stanley park. Overall very nice.

We had a great stay. Was nice to be able to stay right downtown. Lots of great food within 2-5 minute walk of the hotel. Didn't try the restaurant upstairs as we read too many poor reviews. With so many great food choices around there was no need to go up there anyway. Would I stay again? Absolutely.

Our stay at the Empire landmark hotel was just right for what we where there for. Shopping was all on the same street and the ocean was 5 min walk away. The price was fare and the room was avarge nothing amazing but it was just fine. Staff was helpful lobby was in great shape. "nice stay for the price"
A friend and I got a great deal to stay a few nights. The price was low enough that we didn't mind we got stuck in what seemed to be an older room, with a view of the parking lot. The toilet next door leaked and it took 2 nights to move me. The ice room on 22 is embarrassingly filthy and te front desk staff supervisor was rude at checking me in. Won't stay here again!

Was a little apprehensive to start with because we got a killer rate, so I thought maybe the hotel had gone downhill - not so!! We had a great stay even though we didn't go upstairs to the Cloud 9 Restaurant, which I remember from the 80's! I was very impressed with this hotel. I had a lovely room on the 39th floor with a gorgeous view day and night of English Bay and the city. The room was very clean and spacious, very nice bed and bathroom. The price through hotels.com was excellent. I would definitely stay there again. Only quibble, no room service. Very good location - close to Stanley Park, Acvarium and beaches, right on lovely Robson street with lots of restaurants and shops. The room was clean - white sheets, nice entrance and lobby, nice small balcony and we got an upper level room BUT the room/furniture has not had an upgrade in years same as the carpet in the hallways and elevators and I […] could also see a big spot on the ceiling probably related to plumbing issues before which would've been ok if it wasn't for the mildew smell which they were trying to cover with an excesive use of nice smelling cleaning products. Very good
Empire hotel was good value with best location ever. The hop on hop off trolley was just a block away also. I had the best view of Vancouver from the balcony of my room on the 18th floor.
Had to move rooms at 4.30 in the morning... cos of a really loud noise from the vents/drainer/pipes... It woke us up, and after an hour with that loud noise, we had enough of not be able to sleep... got a new smaller room, but not even an apology.
"In Van for a concert"
My husband and I went to Vancouver from the Okanagan for a concert. We wanted to stay close by Rogers Arena, but not pay an arm and a leg. This hotel met that criteria. It served it's purpose for us, but if we were to go back to Vancouver for more than one night we would definitly pick somewhere else to stay, somewhere nicer.

"Empire Landmark Hotel in downtown Vancouver, BC"
The hotel was very nice. The room was very spacious and comfortable with an excellent view of the water. The hotel knew there were not enough towels in our room for all of us and they sent up some more within 5 minutes of us getting to the room. My only problem with it was that we got a nonsmoking room but you could tell that it used to be a smoking […] room as it had a distinct smell of stale cigarettes. This wasn't much of an issue though. It's just the only downside I can think of. The elevators were super cool and fast. We didn't eat at the revolving restaurant on top of the hotel because the prices on food seemed a little steep and there are so many cool little restaurants in the area anyway. Robson street is a great shopping and restaurant area and is right near granville street which has a lot of cool clubs and bars. Also, if you're going to see a concert at Roger's Arena, it's only about a kilometer or so to walk there which takes no time at all. I'd definitely recommend the hotel. Hotel room was spacious. It was nice to have a refrigerator for drinks and snacks. The room did feel dated, but comfortable. The location was great if you like shopping. It is in the heart of the Robson shopping district.

The rooms, and in fact the whole hotel, is in desperate need of upgrading. My room needed some basic repair work. It seemed to be clean enough, but I still kept checking for bed bugs. Didn't find any.

Great location! However, it does not replace the fact you will get the worst night sleep ever!!! Felt like we were sleeping on the box spring. I went down to ask if our bed was like all the others in the hotel and was told yes and they were purchased back in the 70's. Made a reservation early on & requested a high floor for the view along for the furthest […] room from the elevator--went for my husband's 40th birthday, and our request was ignored completely--our room was directly across the elevator door. Also, be aware if stay there anyway that you will wake up to slamming doors. Definitely no cushion in the door jam nor anything to help the door close slowly or quietly.
