Excelentes instalaciones, trato muy amable y cordial. Se ubica a unos cuantos minutos del aeropuerto de Toronto. Totalmente recomendable.

el hotel es bastante bueno sin ser fuera de serie esta bastante cerca del aeropuerto pero tambien para ir de compras por la ciudad.

"Great location, excellent quality hotel"
Upon arrival we were a little concerned about the huge line up. We were pleasantly surprised to see it went extremely quickly as they had enough staff on the front desk to accommodate the large amount of people checking in. The location was excellent for walking around the downtown core. Room was clean with nice furnishings, and it was very quiet. We […] were on the 29th floor and had nice view over City Hall. The only shortfall was that the air in the room was extremely dry, so much so that we had a hard time sleeping, and the sheets on the bed were too small! The sheets barely covered the mattress and were too small for the king bed. Any movement you made in bed while sleeping pulled the sheets off completely. Somewhat annoying! Not withstanding the bedding and dry air issues, we were very happy with this hotel. Well worth the money and would stay here again! Leer más

"Hotel great - Restaurant needs a lot of work"
We visit T.O. periodically to take in a concert or a play. Usually use Hotels.com or other sites to get a good hotel rate. Love staying at the Sheraton Centre because of its location - close to everything. This last time we had a lovely room on a high floor with a great view. Everything went well except for dinner. We were running late and decided to […] eat in one of the hotel restaurants! Quinn's Steakhouse. The food was very poor quality and my meal made me ill - terrible indigestion. Having just returned from the land of food, Italy, we were actually digusted at how bad this meal was. Toronto has some good restaurants, but this is not one of them and should be avoided. "Terrible"
The beds were VERY uncomfortable... not like we got any sleep anyway with the party in the hallway until 4:30am. I waited to see if the hotel would put a stop to the loudness of the people in the hallway, but nothing was done. Finally at 4:30am I called in a complaint as I hasn't slept a wink... still nothing done about it. Needless to say I was NOT […] impressed that my relaxing weekend away was ruined and I needed to catch up on my sleep once I arrived home. This hotel is overpriced for what it's worth. Leer más

"Excellent location but otherwise disappointing"
Great location, very convenient for conference I attended and attractions nearby. Hotel failed to allocate a Club room that I booked until I queried it. Spent one night in standard room. Hotel tried to charge for internet access which should have been free for a Club room - until I queried it. Breakfast buffet was also very limited.

We booked a king-sized bed with valet parking. The parking is $45. per day. We took room 411 as it was ready. After a while in the room, we noticed it was quite cool. They temp showed 66 degrees, but the thermostat didn't work. That explained the reason for the plug-in "Airworks" rad sitting by the window. We had the rad plugged in all night on full […] but it didn't heat the whole room. Also, the black-out curtains didn't open. When we checked our 2 day old truck before leaving, there was a nice big shoe print on the top of the front bumper. They had parked the truck at the Queen St exit by the public sidewalk. The location of the hotel was ok, near restaurant and attractions , but the personal from the hotel dont know nothing of the area. The room that i select to stay was totally diferent of the one that i get to sleep. Well not happy at all.

"CUPE Fall courses"
Stay was great only complaint larger bath towels and not enough towels. One more face and bath would have been more convenient and tissue paper in the room;)

This hotel is centrally located in dtw Toronto which was amazing but when we actually walked into our room the carpet was stained, the toilet kept running and the sheets were not comfortable. Also the walls are thin so we could hear our neighbors conversations. Overall for the money we spent I thought we would have a nicer room. Will not stay here […] again. Leer más
Very nice hotel, room was very comfortable . Great location can walk to all major sites and cn tower. Had lots of shops under hotel. Parking across the street 15 a day. Would recommend this hotel
"Sheraton Centre Toronto City Centre"
Convenient Location..reasonably priced parking at City Hall with tunnel to hotel.Chinatown nearby for adventurous dining out. Have stayed there before, for conferences, but this was my first personal booking. Didn't use the pool this visit, but it's a neat experience to be indoors and out at the same time.

Great location. Right in the heart of everything. The lobby is magnificent but there were a lot of people and noise going on. We were on the 32 floor and the view of the city was amazing. Great experience!

Location was great with restaurants nearby Bed was comfy and it was nice to have a choice of duvet or blanket.
"Cold Rooms/ Bad Food"
The heating in the room did not exists it took room service 3 hours to get us a small heater. We also ordered food thru the room service which that came very fast but was horrible food and highly priced (which was expected) the sliders (2 realley small burgers) had a strong smell of bad beef, the Greek salad had bad Feta & the calamry was like rubber. "CL Boston"
Loved it. Great room. Beautiful view. Centrally located. Convenient underground parking immediately across the road for $12 per night. Will definately be back

1) Overcharged Phone Bill (Even the ones that didnt get through, they still charge, 4 calls to Air Canada costs $60) 2)Toilet keeps get clocked, fixed 3 times. 3)Coffee Machine wasn't cleaned from the last customer
We enjoyed our stay. The location was right across from city hall and Nathan Phillips Square where we saw the touching tributes to Jack Layton. The front desk service was a bit slow at check in, but they were courteous and encouraged us to check out without desk service on Sunday. This saved us time as they were quite busy. Worst hotel ever treated me like a child because of my age and messed everything up. Kept my deposit and won't refund. Terrible prices and rooms. Very loud and annoying people. SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR HILTON

Our stay was most enjoyable. The hotel has everything anyone would need. The beds were extremely comfortable. We will definately stay here again..

This hotel was very elegant. The rooms were very spacious and the view was amazing even from the 21st floor. Though the view from the 43rd floor lounge was breath taking. All staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. They even have a waterfall garden area that is beautiful... Everything is close by so for shopping it is perfect. "One of the best experience we had"
You can walk to any major downtown attractions without ever needing to drive. We did theater, dined at Chinatown, shopped at downtown. Hotel staff are very nice. The only things I hope they can do better is the pool water, not very clean. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.
"Great service and close to everything"
Staying a week in a hotel can reveal insights otherwise not available. We had a few bumps along the way, but the staff and management would always work hard to make things right. Being across from the city hall, the location is perfect for anything you want to do in Toronto. Try the breakfast buffet too.

"The sheraton Centre Hotel in downtown Toronto"
This hotel is conveniently situated for shopping, theatres and restaurants and public transporation such as the subway. While the location is excellent, the hotel itself is becoming "tired" and is in need of an upgrade. My room was clean and comfortable, but the decortions, especially the carpet, is at the end of its useful life and needs refreshing. "Great"
I stay there every time I'm in Toronto. They haven't done anything less than perfect in the 5 years I've been using them.
Only problem was the pool being closed early on Sunday.

Good location. Nice room. Nice pool and hot tub. Attentive staff. One small problem is that the room air conditioning cannot be set cool enough for my tastes.

Here are the negative points: 1. Our bed was broken. 2. Lady at the reception was quite rude. 3. Website said bring government ID for discount, however, the lady at reception said that no discount was available. 4. Extremely noisy through the walls.
