Convenient - near the airport - allow 20 minutes to reach your terminal. The bus charges a nominal fee to/from the airport. The room is fabulous - - nice bed, bathroom, good sze The hotel charges Internet - expensive. This is the main drawback and the main reason that I gave it a 4 rating.

Perfect way to start our holiday. Really luxorious hotel and lovely bar/pool inside. Would definitely stay here again if flying from/to Heathrow. Staff were friendly and efficient.

If you want to woken at 7am by cleaners banging doors and generally making a noise outside your room, then this is the hotel for you. It is bad enough when inconsiderate guesta do this, but staff !!

I booked four rooms and I was really disapointed to discover my booking did not include breakfast. I honestly thought I had ticked the box to include breakfast but I did not print it off as I was booking and could not get back to my original booking. Otherwise the hotel and staff are excellent.

As the title states it was Just Perfect...We stayed with 3 Chihuahua's with no problems.Very friendly and helpfull staff.The Club Room is brilliant.

A great hotel close to Heathrow Airport. Needed a little luxury before flying out and this hotel provided it. A great bus shuttle service to the airport

Lovely Hotel,worth the extra for a club room.The only fault was the concierge,he watch me struggle off the Hoppa with our luggage and once in the Hotel asked me if I wanted assistance,this happens at most HJeathrow Hotels..Bill KSA

The hotel met my expectations as per the reviews I read as well as the pictures I saw online. The staffs were friendly. Lobby was nice and good to sit and relax. Shuttle bus from Heathrow availaible for Four pounds and fifty pence. My room was clean. The two issues I had were: My mattress was very soft and sank in as soon as I layed on it. I complained […] about this and was offered another room but it was thesame problem so I decided to manage the mattress. Also the Air conditioning did not cool. Room was always hot. Also there is a McDonalds close by at about 10 mins walk so I had breakfast there for about a third of what I would have paid at the hotel. In all it was an OK experience for me. Leer más

This hotel is very nice, but be warned if you are a Sheraton Gold member and book the hotel through some site other than Sheraton, your gold rewards (upgrade and club room) are not honored. I found this out the hard way, when I arrived for a 3 night stay and had no access to the club room.

Everything was great - the service, the room, delicious food etc. The tropical garden and swimming pool area made all the difference. definitely would go back!

We were just staying for 1 night, heading back to the states after a week in Ireland. Check in was efficient and security was excellent. Your key card is required to access your floor in the elevator and stairwells. Wifi is available at no cost in the lobby area for the first hour of use; however, note that once you log out you will need to pay for […] subsequent time, even if you have not utilized the full hour. Our room overlooked Bath Rd and the parking area out front, but was still quiet. The bed was very comfortable and furnishings all like new. My biggest concern in reading prior reviews was transportation. It was 11 euro 40 to take a taxi from the airport to hotel, and we arrived in under 15 minutes. Once settled, we decided that we wanted to head into the city for dinner. There is a free public bus - the 555 and 285 - that run along Bath Road and pick up in front of the Marriott next door. It is less than a 10 minute bus ride to Hatton Cross, where you can hop on the Picadilly Line and be in central London in just over 30 minutes. Do check for rail work, as we had quite an adventure on rail replacement buses, as the Picadilly line was closed in sections for repair, but even with these transfers it was a very easy and inexpensive trip into the city. Saving the best for last, the breakfast was well worth the price. There were cold meat, cheese, and fruit selections, cold cereal, breads and Danishes, and a hot buffet with eggs, sausages, bacon, black pudding, and much more. While we did not use the other amenities, the pool area just off the lobby was beautiful. Our only critique was that the bar closed at midnight on the weekend, and we would have liked a last drink upon our return from the city. The hotel seems to take very long to get to, considering the distance.All the bad things I heard about the busses transporting people from Heathrow are true. The bus to Sheraton Skyline Hotel never came. I waited ( At 6.30 pm) at least 35 min. and one other busdriver asked what bus I was waiting for and said he would take me. It took at least 35 min […] and he made several stops, not many, not even in front of hotels. During the ride the busdriver was making phonecalls about other busses not picking up people. The hallways in the Sheraton need proper signs as to where to find the rooms. Terrible. Leer más

This is a very clean, spacious hotel that I would highly recommend, however we have come from a busy day, a wedding awaiting us the next morning. We have booked a double room with two single beds and only have got one double-bed room, which was a big inconvenience for my 13 year old son, who had to sleep with me in one bed -which he is not used to- […] We ringed up the reception immediately and could not get through. We were tired and could not be bothered this stress, so we decided to spend the three nights on a double-bed room. So, if you travel with your kid, make sure you ask the reception if the room has the special requiremens, you have booked for. Esp. if you travel with a kid and don't await the big surprise once you enter the room. Leer más

I needed a hotel room for 7 hours for a layover from Nice, France to Heathrow and my 7:45 am flight from Heathrow to Chicago. This was a good solution, favorable rate from Hotel.com. Only caveat was the hefty cab fare from Terminal 5 and return to Terminal 3. There is a bargain bus but I just wasn't up for it this time around. The hotel is very nice and clean. Good service. Fantastic pool. Lovely resturants. We were 2 adults with 2 kids (3 years and 5 months) the room was big and there was a cot but the bed was not sutible for a 3 years old and the shower is impossible for a baby and very dificult for a little child.

Very nice hotel for an airport hotel. It wasn't what I expected but we only stayed one night so there wasn't much for us to experience.

I think I have probably stayed in every hotel on Bath Road by now! I found the Skyline particularly comfortable and if the price was competitive (I got a very good weekend rate this time) then I would happily stay again. My room also had the biggest bed I have ever seen. I think it was wider than it was long!

Great hotel for an overnight stay when flying from Heathrow. Restaurant is good but a bit pricey. Car parking is expensive.

Very nice hotel and his people.

Good location for all Heathrow Terminals.. Well maintained, staff helpful. Was on Room Only basis so cant comment on breakfast. Had an evening meal in the Sports Bar as other resturant closed. Food was good but serivce very slow. Good bus service but can be busy and would allow at least 40 mins to get to Terminal 5 with traffic.

Claen, comfortable, reasonably priced hotel if you need to stay near the airport

We had just returned from Africa after sleeping in a tent for ten days. Great bd and great hot water. Perfect!

We were staying in the hotel one night as we had an early morning flight the following morning. The hotel itself is nice - clean and comfortable. There was one major problem with our stay though; the wedding reception taking place in the conference room which is below the guest rooms. The music was so loud it sounded like they were playing in our room […] and we desperately needed sleep, as most people who are staying in an airport hotel do! Even wearing earplugs and cranking the aircon up (which is noisy) didn't drown out the noise. We asked what time they would be finished. 1am was the answer! When you have to be up at 4am that's not the best news. They said they would ask the DJ to turn it down a bit, but the volume never changed. In the end we went to the front desk to see if they could move us to a different room, further away from where the reception was taking place, but the woman on reception said they were fully booked and had no free rooms. I didn't believe her for a moment, but she couldn't care less. In that respect the service was terrible. Not what you'd expect from a Sheraton hotel. Overall it's a nice hotel, but if you are staying, I would advise calling to check if there's going to be anything on in any of the conference rooms as you can't escape the noise. Leer más

We booked this hotel on line and had a layover with 3 kids. We didn't realize that the hotel does not have a shuttle and the airport shuttle cost 5 pounds a person. We arrived at 11:30 at night and went to what we thought was an information desk at the airport which charged us 35 pounds to get to the hotel. Although the room was quiet and comfortable enough, there was a loud siren sound coming from the plumbing when the shower was on--more than annoying. Also, it was just 5-10 min. from the airport but they didn't offer a free shuttle ride. We returned the car the night before so we didn't need to hassle with it in the morning before our flight, so we […] paid for 2 taxi fares! Very expensive!!! We were just staying one night for a layover. This was the perfect hotel, close to London Heathrow Airport. Comfortable bed and room in the American style. Didn't have time to check out the rest of the Hotel. Would consider staying their again.

The hotel is easily accessible from Heathrow via the Hopper Bus Shuttle- just make sure you have enough pounds to pay the driver- we were in a hurry and only had Euro and the shuttle's rate was 2 to 1. There may have been a kiosk inside the terminal, but we did not check. We bought our return ticket from the hotel where there was a kiosk that took credit […] cards. Make sure you look for the shuttle that says "Sheraton Skyline" as there is another Sheraton Heathrow which is serviced by another shuttle on a different route! They had a great pub in the hotel where we had some very delicious Indian food- We weren't expecting much but were pleasantly surprised. The hotel has a lovely indoor pool area and a very nice fitness centre, complete with all that you need for a workout if you so desire. Shuttles to the airport run every 20 to 30 minutes and take approximately 20 minutes- Room was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great, albeit brief stay. Leer más

This hotel is currently described on Hotels.com as being "850 metres from London Heathrow Airport". You should completely ignore this. It will take a 15 minute bus journey or taxi ride to reach the hotel, covering over 2miles, and adding another £30 to your stay, and considerable inconvenience.

Brilliantly located with the best swimming pool in a Heathrow hotel. I loved it and have gone back several times and my 11 year old grandson also loved it.! Everyone was happy! Great hotel to stay in if you have an early flight the next day.

We stayed in several hotels during our three week trip across Europe and this was probably our nicest hotel. The beds were comfortable and nice size (queens, I believe, which was a relief for my daughters who had been sharing sofa beds everywhere else). There is a nice pool there but we never used it. The breakfast seemed outrageously priced so we ate […] Starbucks muffins from the lobby. The biggest complaint is that there is no free shuttle to the airport. It ended up costing 4 pounds each for the 4 minute shuttle (16 pounds total). We were told that the cab ride would be 16-20 pounds. Crazy. After 16 nights in different hotels around Italy, Germany, Switzerland, France and the UK it was wonderful to get to a hotel that had two double beds for a family of 4. That is virtually impossible to find. We always ended up in a room with one double and a sofa bed or one double and bunk beds and were crammed into tiny rooms. Not a bad location, although a bit complicated to get to the tube stop that can take you directly to London. Picadilly Line stops at Hatton Cross near the airport. A free bus to Hatton Cross can be caught just outside the Marriott next door to the Sheraton. The hotel concierge was a little vague about how to return from Hatton Cross to the hotel, but […] once figured out, a free bus does drop one off within about a block of the hotel. In all other regards, the hotel was quite satisfactory, and, if priced right, could be a significant savings over hotels in London proper. A day pass on the tube costs only 15 pounds. The difference between this hotel and one in town of similar quality and comfort can be on the order of 75 pounds. If you don't mind taking the tube, this is not a bad deal, and quick access to the airport (all terminals) can be had for four pounds and a bus ride. Leer más

The hotel is well located if Heathrow is your intended destination.

We didn't really see the surrounding neighborhood, but the bus came quickly and the people in the hotel were helpful. An overnight stay before heading back to the states. Left a good impression.

This hotel was close to the air port car rental lot and it was easy to return our rental car. The shuttle bus that stops at the hotel was a convienent way to access our flight back to the states. The food in the sports bar was great.

The hotel was much farther from the airport than I realized and the shuttle cost 4 pounds each (more than 8 dollars) for a 15-20 minute ride. I did not know in advance that the shuttle wasn't free.
