I spent 2 nights with my wife on this place, on my way in and out from the Inca Trail, and it couldn't be better. They clearly forgot to mention that instead of one room you get two for the the same price. Obviously you get a very comfortable bed room, but you also get a living room as big as the other area. Breakfast was excellent, and the people was really helpful. They even stored some of our bags while we were on the trail and them put them back on our new bedroom before we arrived. That was a great detail. BTW, if you email them in advance they will pick you up from the airport, for free. If you get there by your own, then they will pay your taxi back to the airport. Overall, I'm recommending this place to all my friends that are planning a trip to Cuzco.

Excelente hotel. Me dieron un upgrade en la primera parte de la estadia a una hermosa suite, y nos guardaron el equipaje mientras fuimos a Machu Picchu. Muy buen y completo desayuno. Personal siempre dispuestos a colaborar en lo que uno requiera. Altamente Recomendable con buena relacion calidad-precio.

El hotel esta ubicado en un lugar tranquilo, donde Ud. se puede trasladar a pie a la Plaza de Armas y otros lugares interesantes. (Museos y Plazas). La habitacion y el bano son ordenados y muy limpios. El personal es muy atento, pero lamentablemente no muy flexible para idiomas extranjeros (Ingles). La Informacion acerca del pago extra, por derecho de impuestos nacional, para peruanos y por esta razon pagarlo separado sin un documento que acredite lo pagado, no es transparente. ----------------------------------------------------------------------Located in a rather tranquil neighborhood, all interesting sites can be reached within a few minutes walking distance. Room and bathroom are definitely looked after and of very clean condition. Staff is very polite and attentive but sometimes missing a little flexibility when it comes to speaking English. Surchage payment of local tax for Peruvian nationals without receipt.
